Always have a pretty good experience here. In the restaurant and the drive thru. Sometimes they can take a minute, but the order is always right, and thats what's most important. Food is always hot, and the food is good. I love the chili dogs, but the strawberry shortcake is my favorite. Sometimes I go just for that. Hubby loves the fish sandwich.

Portillo's proudly touts itself as the purveyor of unrivaled Chicago street food. I recently tried their Fried Chicken sandwich with fries, and I must say, I was well pleased. The food was solid.🍔🍟🌆🌟 Though my fries needed a touch of salt to hit the spot, the overall experience was enjoyable. The ambiance was fun, and the friendly staff add to the appeal. If you're in the mood for a taste of Chicago's street food scene, Portillo's is a dependable choice. I'd rate it ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Portillo's Taste of Chicago. Dedicated to bringing Chicago-Style hot dogs Italian beef and burgers to the Valley. They have a fun 50's diner meets the Hard Rock Cafe atmosphere. The staff is friendly and eager to serve. We were treated to their Famous Five ; their Chicago-style dog, Italian beef, double char-broiled cheeseburger , spicy chicken sandwich, and Italian beef and sausage. Everything was great, from the cheese fries to the chocolate cake. They also serve beer and wine and are perfect for groups with ample seating and multiple locations.

Hard to order because they have so much to choose from, so I usually give up and just order the hotdogs but this time I had no one waiting behind me so I took my time and ended up ordering the spicy chicken sandwich. Very good flavor and not too much bun which was great. The only problem I had was the amount of salt that they put on their fries was overwhelming I threw them away. I love the atmosphere and the employees are super friendly.

Sooooooo so good. It makes you feel like you stepped into the past with the decor. The burgers are the real charbroiled burgers that you used to get your moneys worth from. Everything was delicious and it’s my new favorite burger place. It is a little pricey but it’s a REAL burger and you will be full.
