Friendly's

Every time I place and order (through DoorDash) either items are missing, upside down, no extras (as indicated) and ice cream FORGET IT!! Again, either ends up upside down or on its side and half the time it doesn’t even have the correct toppings! And then when you call right after you order (to get ahead of it so they actually pay attention to the order) the either goes unanswered, or on the off chance they do pick up, they immediately hang up the phone and take it off the hook!! Their business ethics and professionalism are NON EXISTENT!!! And their prices are NOT CHEAP which makes it even more of a Shame!!

Had a good date with my boyfriend here, will bring family here at some point. We had a wonderful waitress and overall wonderful service by the staff, food was on point as well as dessert. Very unfortunate they got rid of the Shirley Temple (please bring it back if possible) Other then that fantastic place we will be back!

I was in your Attleboro location and I called the manager over her name was Christina I just had to tell her how well run this location is. I am from Springfield and I have a lot of Friendly’s around me but I refuse to take the kids because they are so poorly run. So while we were in the area on Monday we stopped in and the store was packed had a long wait list and I thought oh boy here we go again but to my surprise it did not take long for my party of 4 to be sat and everything went so smooth it didn’t even seem busy sitting there. So I want to give a big shout out to the manager Christina and my server Karina and everyone else at this location they did a wonderful job on such a busy day.

Honestly the issue is with door dash who I complained to already. The driver never delivered my food and stole my kid’s ice cream and door dash told me I had to go through friendlys to get a refund or a new order. That makes no sense at all, if I ordered with doordash , why does the merchant have to deal with the mess. I was able to get a new order by the manager Christina, which was nice. My kids appreciated the ice cream but I would cut ties with doordash.
