Mediterranean Grill & Pizzeria

I have been dining at the Mediterranean Grill for several years. It's the perfect spot for me and my friends to grab a drink, and have great conversation. The menu has plenty of offerings, which can satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. The drive up window is quite convenient for those who like to pick up a delicious pizza! Ample parking, great friendly service, clean, and modestly priced menu - highly recommend!

I bought a dish from here last week, it was completely dry. I decided to give them another shot and this time I purchased extra sauce for both dishes. As you can see in the photos, it is completely dry. I was not able to drive back to the restaurant for them to make a new dish so I was told I’d receive a call the next day. They failed to call me so I took the initiative myself. The person on the phone told me they could offer me a 10$ gift card. That was unacceptable, mainly because each dish costs roughly 25$. They told me they would call me back the next day- I asked to speak to a manager both times and for some reason there was no one on site I could speak to. I asked the waitress when her manager would be in and she said she had no idea, I asked “when is a good time to call back to speak to a manager?” Again she stated, “I have no idea”. She told me she had to get off the phone because she was busy. This was not handled fairly and 10$ barely covered the cost of the dish.

We tried for the first time on a Friday night after reading rave reviews. It was very busy, from what some regulars said it was busier than normal. We had open table reservations but switched to the bar instead. Tried the coconut margarita and espresso martini both were fabulous! The menu is gigantic so there is food for every taste. For apps we got the vegetarian messa platter and the cheese dip and pita….wow 😋the cheese was nice and crispy on top with the warm fresh pita, the hummus, taboulli, and tzatziki were amazing u could taste all of the flavors perfectly!! For entre i got the special of honey glazed salmon over butternut squash ravioli- this was my favorite part of the night!! So delicious I savored every bite. Salmon cooked perfectly and ravioli so tender. My husband got the surf and turf and was just as satisfied. They cooked his filet perfect and he was amazed by the quality especially for the low price. We got desert to go Thats made at a local bakery, also very good. The portions are very good size we took home enough for a second meal . The staff was friendly , professional, and efficient. There seemed to be some regulars there which we take as a good sign, also families with little kids. The atmosphere was lively, clean and comfortable. For two entres, two apps, two drinks and two deserts it came to $130 which for the quality of the food in Boston or Prov would have easily been $180-200. We will for sure be back and hope to try out the beautiful patio.

We can not say enough good things about this restaurant. The owner and host is lovely. So inviting. He really caters to all your needs. The food is fantastic. We've never had a bad meal there. We live less than 10 minutes away, so we call it our neighborhood restaurant. The staff is always pleasant and can not do enough for you. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Visited Mediterranean on a Saturday night at prime time 6pm. The owner and his team were super accommodating as far as getting a table ready for us immediately with no reservation and ensuring everything about our experience was outstanding from start to finish. Even gave us a complimentary dessert to take home on the way out. Would recommend. Service and hospitality like this rarely exists anymore. Didn’t hurt that the food was delicious either.
