Ashtabula Ohio rt 20 and rt 11 is the best and I hate McDonald's , but I sometimes get for my 12 YEAR old . Always staffed and never ever cold or precooked like some others I won't mention . Top notch . It's always HOT AND FRESH . Never had a problem with drinks cause we always get water . They have never messed up an order either . Highly recommend if you like fast food .

They smothered a child's burger in ketchup, they did it to all the burgers we ordered. The quarter pounders we ordered were cold! Would not recommend this McDonald's at all.

Basically empty on account of covid-19 over the last 2 years dining room has a flat screen TV with stools and tables

What a joke this place is. You think I would have learned from past experience. Ordered 2 coffees with cream, easy right. Well pulled away, no cream, coffee cold. Happened before. Can not go in because this place has only drive thru service. Worker at the first window would not get me cream or help, wanted me to wait in line again. Waited for 20 minutes, drove away in frustration. This is today's work force.

I was disappointed to find out they charge 40 cents for mayonnaise
. All I wanted on my sandwich was mayonnaise.
But they will give you a mayonnaise packet free.
My French fries were hot and not salt like I asked.and the frys, I got a full container !!!

One of the best McDonald's have been to yet the employees are very nice very clean place and my order was up so quickly and the fastest McDonald's I've seen yet!! And of course my food was all delicious.

How can you charge40 cents a sandwich for extra tartar sauce. Do u charge me less when I want stuff left off? NO!!! I wont be going to Mcdonalds anytime soon ! What a joke !
