Mcdonald's

The food is what you would expect from a fast food joint, but there was nothing fast about service. I placed an order through the app for curbside delivery. We waited 20 minutes before I finally went inside only to find out that they gave my order to a table and had to remake it. I wasn't in a huge hurry, but if someone would have come to let me know what was going on, it would've been appreciated. I'll stick to Kwik Trip for a while, instead of going back to McDonald's.

I go to this McDonald’s at least weekly. Nearly every time something is wrong in my order and it takes forever to have it fixed. One time, I was asked to pull ahead and wait for my food. Half the order was brought out and the lady who was bringing food out to those waiting went home. When I went inside to check on the rest of my order, everyone seemed to think she was done for the day and didn’t realize there were several cars still waiting on their food. The only positive about this location is that the food is hot most of the time, I’m not sure how much that’s worth when it’s never what you ordered.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Staff are completely incompetent. The person taking my order at the drive thru couldn't get a 2 sandwich order straight and was talking to me like a was his buddy from his 8th grade class (how old he looked). Once through the drive thru, checked my order and both sandwiches were wrong. One was even the wrong type of meat. So had to park and go in and after explaining the situation to the 2nd employee I spoke to (the manager) finally got my order. The kid with the headset on taking drive thru orders looked like he was 12 and on crystal meth.

Stopped this morning as we were traveling through Ashland. Everything says they are open at 5:30 am. We went inside to use the restroom before we ordered. The door was open, lights were on, etc. We decided to just go through the drive through, to be quicker. The female employee on duty grilled us about how we got in and why. We tried apologizing, but she was having none of it. Rude. Rude. Rude. She also yelled at the other male employee for “leaving the door open.”

Service was so slow in the drive thru that I left after seeing the line and being told from the person taking the order it would be a while. Initially I waited and waited and so did the guy at the other order line, but nobody took our order and the line in front didn't move. . I think they must have been short staff or something. I didn't have time to continue waiting. Probably won't go back here.
