Great Dragon

Ordered pick up from this place, the food was awful. Don’t get me wrong the food was edible, but it tasted strongly of fish. I called politely to try to get my money back or at least even exchange it for a fresh meal, and the owner began screaming at me over the phone saying things like “i’ve cooked for 30 years and you aren’t going to tell me that my food is awful!” Then, as if the situation couldn’t get any worse, the OWNER hung up the phone on me before i could explain. In the end, I’m sitting at home with food that reeks of fish and $40 worth of food that will not be eaten. Highly do not recommend this extremely unprofessional restaurant that can’t even deal with the basics of customer service. Thank you.

They charged me 7.50 for a small container of rice.. forgot my meal and when I called the guy he said he was confused and thought I got everything he wouldn’t give a refund or the meal. Also on the receipt I noticed they charge a convenience fee and a fee for ordering online. Will not be coming back.

Greatly disappointed. My order was delivered. The delivery person was very nice. When I opened my order it was wrong (and I was really looking forward to my shrimp lomein) I got chicken and rice. When I called them to tell them my order was totally wrong the girl that answered the phone was very rude and started an argument with me. If I wanted to argue I would have stayed married. So I hung up on her. I don't think I'll order from them again. The chicken and rice was good though. It's the employee that will cause me to not order from them again.
