Dunkin'

This morning 7 Jun 2022, I stopped to get coffee and a donut. Today started real slow and definitely need it the coffee. What else could go wrong? Well two hours later I realized my debit card was "missing". In fact I never took the card from the slot after paying for the coffee +donuts. I left quickly, not even remember putting it back on my wallet. Anyway, So I rushed back to the store and Tan Tan! The amazing lady standing on front on the picture, had secured the card. It was an incredible release. Thank you🙏 1000 times. I congratulate 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🍩 Dunkin donuts🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩 for having such of an amazing staff.

i don't usually write bad reviews at all, but this is ridiculous. they are never open when they're supposed to be, and yet whenever they're closed we're still allowed to place mobile orders because the app still says they're open. today they physically blocked off the drive through and nobody was in the store even though everything said they were open and closed at 7 pm. there wasn't an option to cancel our order at all, so we still got charged for food we didnt even get, and the dunkin customer service phone number said "we're closed, call back during our regular hours" and hung up on us. also, most of the time we go there they get our orders wrong. if this location is so understaffed that they can't stay open at all they need to hire more people because this is just absurd

I would give this zero stars if I could. Every time I come to this location the drive-through is either closed or the inside is closed. Typically there is four employees and apparently no one wants to work the drive-through so they just place a note on the window and you have to go inside. Then once you’re inside there’s about 20+ people in there with you and everyone is waiting 5+minutes for their order. A couple customers I spoke to had been waiting over 5 mins one lady threw her doughnut back on the counter and walked out. I have reported this to corporate office because this happens way too many times. My thought is if you don’t want to do the job you should have never applied here! People need to understand how to speak to customers and be pleasant because without customers this location would not even exist!

Drive-thru was closed so I had to go inside. Went inside garbage can is overflowing with garbage. Person in front of me claim they ordered online staff took 8 minutes to determine they did not. When it was finally my turn I tried to order a croissant and they told me they weren't doing any hot food. What's the point of a Dunkin' donuts that doesn't serve breakfast or have a drive-thru.

Horribly understaffed and undertrained skeleton crew. 10Am on a Saturday morning and every food item is out of stock or just the dregs were remaining. I asked for a decaf tea and received a coffee instead. I had to wait 25 minutes for my order AT A DUNKIN DONUT! Just wow! Call ahead to other local locations and ask if anything is available before you venture forth.

Take your curbside delivery down if you are not going to bring items out, waited 10 minutes, then had to go in and pick it up since they weren't going to bring it out....Added comment, gave them another try 2 months later and waited in the drive through on a Sunday afternoon at 12:30 with other cars in front of me , my turn now waited for someone to talk on the speaker, then I said Hello, Hello drove to the window and they were not even open...if you are not going to open Put A sign on your drive through stating your closed, stop wasting people's time. Will not go back to this one it's gone down hill and others are talking about it also.
