Waffle House

I have been to and worked in multiple Waffle Houses all over the south, but this was the very worst experience I've ever had. The waitress didn't bring our drinks until we were almost done with our food, which by the way was wrong; she didn't bring it all out together, the waffle came out several minutes after the rest of the food because she apparently forgot it. On top of which, she went into the back as soon as our food was delivered and didn't return until she was told we were ready to leave. The entire staff was only courteous to the people who appeared to frequent the establishment, and they tried to sit my handicapped mother at the high bar not once, but twice. Seriously?

If I could I would give this place zero stars they don’t deserve any! My family of 3 walked in was told by one worker that she would be with us shortly! Well we sat and waited no service another couple came in and got seated and order taken right away by the fore mentioned worker! At this point I was highly offended that we sat down and waited only to be skipped over!!! The manager came from outside and said we stated to her what happened and how the worker didn’t take our order well she still didn’t move!! We got our behind out of this restaurant because at this point her not wanting to serve us seemed to be a problem is all I would say if you get it! This happened today July 4th , 2022 about 1:30p.m.

Went there and the food was awful. My T-bone Steak was greasy and my hash brown was very greasy. The manager that was ordering the staff behind the counter was putting his unstanitze hands on people's plates and picking things off the floor and touching customers plates as the cook was passing them to the waitress. I will not be returning to that Waffle House as much as I visit other Waffle Houses up and down the road being a Truck driver.

This was my first time dining in to this waffle house with my Family,, as we were waiting for our food, 2 of the waitresses touching and doong their hair and at the same giving service, and our food was burnt and our waitress was getting mad because we were complaining about our food being burnt... bad service! Nasty employees! Never going back to that place!!
