Waited half an hour for two coffees before walking out. The shop was full of people waiting the same amount of time or longer and the counter was full of drinks for people who weren't there. This Starbucks needs to prioritize current guests over mobile orders.

It was clean. I didn't get what I asked for. But I drank it anyway. Their lucky day I guess...lol

I always have the same problem with this place 😕 I appreciate the work they do but I always have to wait 30 minutes for one cup of coffee an then 10 minutes in a line for a refund so today I didn't get a refund and told the lady to keep the coffee and give it to someone else if I place my order online at 10am I expect it to be atleast ready by 10:30 but not here. So if you wonna wait for your life to pass by please enjoy this Starbucks 😊

What is not to love about Starbucks?? Excellent deserts, sandwiches (breakfast included).. do yourself a favor and get more than your favorite Java!!

This location never has dependable hours. And they do not update it online to reflect if they have temporarily different hours. Which is a little ridiculous when you're a store off a major highway and people are trying to get some Starbucks. So by neglecting this simple task, its really frustrating your customers when posting a note on your door doesn't do me any good if im looking for your hours online on the Google Map...

Waited 20 minutes for a slice of cake. I was stuck in the drive thru. Maybe if this store prioritized business over politics they would be better at customer service for everyone. Too bad only certain people are "special" to them and not all of us.

I ordered chai tea latte from drive thru and It was just hot water , no sugar nothing in it . I waste my money . Bad experience
