I asked them to write a positive message on the box because I'm having a bad Monday and they used my favorite quote from my favorite movie so I think that's really cool and clearly the employee who did that has great taste. Speaking of taste, this BBQ chicken pizza is delicious 😋 definitely made my Monday better

This place does not do the “extra” ingredients at all. Not worth paying for the extra since you don’t get it. They also do not know how to cut anything. The cheese and bread sticks are rarely ever cut. You might see a line, but you can’t pull them apart. Never place an order by phone or app for wings. I always get garlic Parmesan and other people have ordered different flavors and they never dress the wings with what you want. They have always been just pieces of fried chicken basically. Dined in before Covid and had the same issue. Why offer the flavors if they aren’t going to use them? If you use the drive thru, prepare to wait 10-20 minutes. They should be having people go back through the drive thru if their food isn’t ready or have them pull into the marked spots designated for waiting.

Worst place to work for the company doesn’t care that the stores short staffed and won’t make exceptions for the staff it does have, all the employees are about to leave and there won’t be anyone running the store don’t go here. Also the GM is being forced to work 7 days straight every week on salary and they changed her from hourly to salary without telling her. Please don’t go here the head guy and whoever’s above him are corrupt

The food here is great, no complaints about that. However, delivery needs addressed in a bad way. Our order didn't take too long to get here, that's not the problem. The problem is when our food got here, it was smashed to smithereens!! There was wing sauce spilling out of the sides from the top being smashed in. You can't really tell from the photo but, the 2 boxes of garlic knots were also smashed on top. Plus, he forgot the credit card slip I was supposed to sign. The delivery drivers shouldn't put things such as, let's say 2 liters from the look of our containers, on top of the food, and should always have the credit card slip with the order. I'm not happy with the service I received today.
