Boulevard is our favorite coffee spot in Ashland. It has nice seating options for socializing or working. The Noble coffee is great!

I just stayed at the hotel here and had a chance to visit this coffee place this morning. I am not the biggest connoisseur of coffee but when I go to a place and they do like a super job I feel it is worth mentioning.
I dont know if the barista realizes it but I was paying attention to what she was doing, and that girl did a super job making sure that my coffee and my breakfast burrito and everything was like perfect. I so appreciate that. And she was like way friendly and had such a positive attitude that it must be mentioned. All that and she was pretty as hell too.
The cleanliness and quality of this place is excellent. Places like this are the reason downtown Ashland is one of the best places to be in southern Oregon.

I really love the ham & cheese croissant! The baristas make the mocha drinks look like art.

I like the space, teas are good. Very limited selection of food, basically just burritos. They serve top quality locally roasted Noble Coffee, but they must not know how to prepared it, it's always too bitter. It's never bitter 3 blocks away at Noble Coffee on 4th Street.

Boulevard makes great coffee and has a wide assortment of food items. I really like their cappuccinos and mochas. The baristas are really nice too.

Love this place. Closest coffee shop to my house. Skip the Starbucks in Safeway and go here instead. I hear they are closing today due to covid. Hope they open up again after!

Super friendly staff, and a really comfy place to hangout. Great views out of the sitting are as well. They serve Noble coffee, and always have yummy local items to enjoy.

A nice spot with chilly AC for those hot summer days in Ashland. Great selection of cafe drinks and gelato! Lots of windows for great views, as well as a view into the swimming pool of the inn.
Overall, a nice choice to round out one's weekly cafe stops.
