Got to the restaurant, 2 girls on phone.
Ordered a wrap and the other pulls out the chips with her bare hands to fry.
Chicken was dry and instead of lettuce I got cabbage. Should I eat the chips ???
The only tasty thing was the bottle of water.
What a waste of money, I didn’t enjoy the meal.

I usually love Oporto but this place left me disappointed twice in a row. First time there was basically no lettuce on my burger (this was back before the lettuce shortage) then the next time I ordered a salad and the chicken was so dry and didn’t come with the chilli sauce I requested.
I gave feedback on the Oporto website but never heard anything back. Won’t be going to this store again

This place is consistently disappointing. If it was convenient due to its location (on Parramatta Road) and due to having drive through, I would never re attend. The food is often average, with soggy cold chips and poorly made burgers. The service is even worse - staff are often rude and dismissive, and often incompetent and hard to communicate with (not understanding orders, missing items, asking you to repeat your order a ridiculous amount of times).

Not a lot to say that hasn't already been said. Probably the worst customer service I've seen in Australia by the two girls, one working the cashier and the other handing out the orders Thursday during lunchtime. It looked as though they really didn't want to be there. Very rude. And I noticed they acted like that with the rest of the customers too, not just me. Zero stars. Get another job.

most useless oporto ever. Have been twice in roughly 2 weeks and have waited over 15 minutes both times. Both workers in the kitchen had earphones in and were on there phone. When I got back to eat it at site they didn’t even get my chips and gave me a piece of chicken instead which I never ordered. Horribly customer service, wont be going back there again.

This fast food Oporto is located inside the Bp petrol station so It's a bit difficult to see it from the Parramatta road. Inside is very comfortable and there is also a little sink to take water and to wash your hands. The service is good and the staff members are polite and friendly. 5 stars is the right rating for my personal experience
