Papa Johns Pizza

I've been ordering here almost daily since the pandemic started, and I haven't had any complaints so far. They actually put discounts on things without being asked, I think there's pretty much a deal for any combination of pizzas, which makes it easier for me because then I don't have to adjust what I want to meet some criteria for a deal. I would like to say that usually there's only 2-3 people working at a time, and just from observing outside the windows it looks like not everyone can do everything inside. There's usually one person, I'm guessing a manager, who rushes around between making pizzas, taking them out of the oven, and handing them out to us customers. Now usually things go fine, but there are times I'm waiting outside like everyone else and other people are calling the store being rude to the staff? Do you guys not see them rushing around to get things done? I say make it as easy as possible for them, making it harder isn't going to help
