The worst! I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a mushroom cheese steak on Rosemary Parmesan. It came on white roll, no peppers or onions; 2 mushroom slices. The meat wasn't chopped up. I also ordered the same item on wheat bread and again came on white roll, no peppers or onions, a few mushroom slices. Tastes like it was microwaved, not from a grill. I tried call them to complain. They don't answer. I will be calling the main office in NJ tomorrow.

So here is our order, copied from my app. And for the records it wasn’t like they were short staffed, I saw atleast 4 employees when I was picking up my order and they weren’t busy. One person was ordering and another was waiting on their order. We always order from here and 8 times out of 10 it’s usually right. #7 Turkey and Provolone - Giant White Bread, Lettuce, Provolone, Mayo, Yellow Mustard, Turkey ******We ended up with pickles. 1 #13 The Original Italian - Giant White Bread, Lettuce, Oregano, Salt, Provolone, Mayo, Dill Pickles, Banana Peppers, Yellow Mustard, Boiled Ham, Cappacuolo, Pepperoni, Prosciuttini, Hard Salami *******We ended up with no lettece, pickles, or banana peppers 1 #13 The Original Italian - Giant White Bread, Oregano, Salt, Provolone, Mayo, Banana Peppers, Jalapeño Peppers, Yellow Mustard, Boiled Ham, Cappacuolo, Pepperoni, Prosciuttini, Hard Salami *******We ended up with so banana peppers or jalapeños.

During my most recent visit, staff were unpleasant and visibly morose, and the gentleman that took my sandwich order made it apparent that I was a bother to him. I know they were probably over-worked and possibly overwhelmed, but it was a discouraging experience and the sandwiches certainly weren't up to their normal standard. Maybe just an off day, but it left me with little desire to return. The young man the made and brought out the philly's was very polite and hospitable, though.

Amazing! This place is always busy. Nevertheless they manage to get the food out quickly. First time eating here. We pick up food in nearby restaurants and couldn't help noticing how much business they have daily. I was so pleased with my #13. The bread was fresh. The veggies crisp and as always the meat is sliced to order. You can't get any better than that. Loved it! Will be back.

So being in the depths of Absolute worst service in every thing from day to day I grabbed my dinner here and was pleasantly surprised at the kind caring efficient service I got at this Sub Shop? Soany places are running short on Staff and service. But tonight gave me hope for the future. I .so grateful for the best customer service I have experienced on well over a year. From Mission Hospital to the Rehabilitation center! All could take tips from this location.
