Order a simple 2 pizza with any toppings, and they take two hours because they didn't know the apartment number, even though we called back and told them the number and hour prior. Then the manager acted stuck up and told us we didn't and then proceeded to asked us if we still wanted it. Never ordering here again.

So there was a group of us, 12 or so That were meeting up to order some food to go. However we were waiting on the rest of our party to join us and were in the parking lot for about 5 minutes when a guy making a delivery shouted at us, saying this was a carryout Place only public property and if we weren't making an order we needed to leave. Then after telling obscenities as he drove off a second person, I'm assuming managment came out and yelled at us too. So I said well we were going to order but not now. This experience will make me never visit a pizza hut again.

The food was fine but it took the delivery over an hour to deliver our pizza. We ordered a 2 liter of Sierra mist. We were charged $2.69 for a nock of pop that was warm. Hands down worst pizza hut in the world.

What kind of Pizza Hut is this that simply "Doesn't do" delivery???? We're from out of town and called and were told we cant get it. but they would be more than happy to do carryout. I'm not going to go driving around in the dark in a new place just to get some pizza hut. Pass. A 16 hour day of driving and I can't even get me some wings. SAD

This store is the reason my wife and I will not be returning to any Pizza Hut. The last pie we picked up there was cold, hard and tastless. I don't complain to stores because they will just tell you what you want to hear. I complain with my wallet.

Bad - Manager lacked any real experience as to handle a customer. Rude, and impatient with no understanding as to what makes good customer service. Contacted corporate directly. Better deals at local spots - try Black Bear!

My pizza was over an hour late and it wasn't even the right pizza and when I called the store the woman on the phone was very rude and wouldnt do anything to fix the problem I'm never getting pizza from here again and neither should you Asheville pizza is way better and much better customer service

They have ALWAYS gotten my order correct, none of the guys have ever been rude or disrespectful, they have never kept me waiting long amounts of time for my food, and no matter how long it takes me to get there to pick up, my food has ALWAYS been hot...
This location might be small, but in my opinion, they have a lot of their competitors beat hands down!
