This location is by far the best 7-11 I have experienced in buffalo NY , you can tell how the atmosphere has changed since the change over with new management . The new manager has this location so clean and very organized !! I've never seen a manager so engaged with customers and helping employees constantly cleaning and reorganizing products threw out the store. The employees here are always smiling and brighten people faces that walk in . I have to say it's always been a great experience , one time I was looking for something that was out and asked one of the ladys if there was possibly anymore and she said to give her one second and she ran back to find what I was looking for and restocked the product. Love coming here thank you 7-11 team

Making a quick stop after work, around midnight today (09/03/2021). Walk up to the doors, push on the left door, the entrance door, does not open. The employee behind the counter shakes his head, then motions for me to pull instead. I pull, the door doesn't open, it's locked. He shakes his head again and motions to the right door, the exit door, so I pull and enter the store. He says nothing and just stares. I grab my items and go to checkout. He still says nothing and just looks annoyed that he has a customer. I let him know I am using credit, he just continues to stare. I try the chip, didn't work, so I swipe my card. It asks me to put in a number. I ask him if it is the red or green button for credit. He says nothing. I lean down to say it closer to the bottom of the plastic screen. He still says nothing. I say it a third time and he says "you gotta type in your number." I ask a fourth time which button is for credit. "Just type in your number." "Typing in a number is for debit, I would like to use credit," I said. "Just type in your number." Again I say that I want to use credit. "Just use a different card then." Now, I am starting to get annoyed. There is no need for him to have this type of lackadaisical attitude. I have used my card here before with no problems. Instead I see if I have enough cash, I do. He gives me my change and I ask for a receipt. "We don't do receipts for cash," and just stares at me with attitude again. I look down to find a name tag or something, but nothing. No proper uniform, no name tag, just attitude. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I was in the store with my daughter and her friend. I am white, my daughter is biracial and her friend is black. The cashier said “I see you brought your little slaves with you.” When I tried to take the bags she pulled them away and handed them to my daughter saying the slaves should carry them. I will find a new location to shop at.

I just came to this 7-eleven tonight at about 2am craving snacks and drinks! I’d come back everyday if I had the money, Ramon (the worker there) (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) made a horrible day into a great day in just 5 short minutes, the energy, the kindness, the jokes, and the conversations he could hold made my boyfriend and I walk out of that store with a huge smile on our faces, thank you!!! You definitely deserve a promotion or raise!!!

I went to my local Seven Eleven on the corner of Harlem Rd. and Sheridan Dr. in Amherst, NY and was told that the pre tax price on a can of Arizona Iced Tea was $1.08. Though this is only a 10 cent discrepancy from the marked price on the can, it represents a 10 percent increase to the overall marked price of the product. What's more, the establishment didn't cover the price listed on the can. They instead simply verbally asserted that the pre tax price was higher than the price marked on the can. If 711 plans to raise their prices they should clearly state them to the customer in a label form or covering the price induced price on Arizona products. I will clearly take my business elsewhere.
