Mcdonald's

Went there last night. I was pulled to get fresh food but fresh undercooked fries were given to me. An with my experience in the past its pointless to complain. In my opinion you just better take what they give you whether its good or bad food. I had to return to the store 4 times once to get a big Mac the way I wanted to. You can't ever get a refund after 8pm so I limit myself from ever going there. This McDonald's here is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. Especially if they make a mistake. You get no played an scrutinize the whole time. I'm sorry if you guys get scammed for food but I'm not like that there are legitimate complaints an not just in the daytime. I have probably been taken for at least 100 buck over time because it was pointless to talk with a manager. I made a mistake last night. It won't happen again.

This is the 3rd time I've came through this particular McDonald's so on diffident shifts and all 3b times I was disappointed. This time however grossed me out,at first they forgot to put bacon on their double quarter pounder with bacon meal going back through and they put the bacon on there which was burnt and had a long black hair on it (my hair is not black) so I was left with a cold burger with burnt bacon and hair on it that I I spent 14 dollars for. Needless to say I will not be coming back here again! I'd rather drive the distance and to go to North shore or Topside Rd this place is trash

Came through the drive thru at 10:48pm friday . The medium sprite was only 3/4 full and straight club soda and fries were cold. Can customer service start being a 'thing' at businesses? I own a business with 10 young employees, I am not sorry that I demand a good job from them. Please, where have good work ethics gone?

7:30 p.m. and so much was already closed down for the night. Didn't want to make my sandwich new (requested without pickle) so it was miraculously unavailable. Yet husband got the exact same sandwich but with pickle. No ice cream available. This was ordering from their mobile app, which I've done several times. Chocolate cookies were a bit burnt. By the time we got back to the house, most everything was luke warm at best, but those cookies were piping hot.

This location used to be good, we went on 6-19-21 and had a bad experience, the restaurant had tons of flies to start with, second we like to use the kiosk so we can make sure we have our order correct, nobody knew how to switch them from breakfast to lunch so we had to use the register, he messed up more than he got right, then they put our incorrect order on the counter and just left it sit we looked in it but it wasn't complete so we waited for them to finish then the manager ask if he could help us and we said we're missing two sandwiches and our big Mac sauces, so he asked what we wanted him to do?? Never got our complete order and our food sat out for quite a while on the counter beyond poor customer service.

A member of your staff, Amber was so professional, and so polite. I was awaiting a large order, which included one dozen cookies. She kept me informed, while continuing to assist other guests. To the management team, please express my sincere appreciation to Amber. And thank you for hiring the best employees. ------------------------ Update: The sign displayed on the main entrance indicates that the store is open. Unlock the door, as a multitude of customers are waiting. Should customers enjoy dining in, avoid this store. The store located at Midland Center enjoys, and appreciates, their customers. Stellar service.
