Wendy's

If you are a smart person, never come here. Hair in food, leaving food out, and never getting your order right happens all the time. Even after not going to this Wendy’s for a long time, well nothings changed. Go to the new Wendy’s on 411. Much better service. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. I’ve lived here my whole life and I will never go back. I wouldn’t even give this place a star.

We ordered through the app it let us select walk in for pick up when we arrived we had to go through drive thru. This was not a big deal just would have been nice to know that way we could have just gotten in the drive through line. Got home burgers were so over cooked we couldn't eat them and several items were left out of our order. Very disappointed in this visit, will be awhile before I go back.

The fries were barely warm and very stale. Same with the nuggets that came in the 5 for $5. The chicken bacon club was not what I usually enjoy from Maryville location. The appearance and size of the "chicken fillet" didn't look or taste in any way similar to the Wendy's located on 411 in Maryville. Would not recommend and am not interested in anything free from your location by way of apology.

WORTHLESS MANAGER! Her people are working hard and understaffed, so they screwed up the order. The lady tells me to wait that she would bring over the missing burger and the other very rude woman tells us to go back around the drive through to make the line again after waiting forever. Really? You would think the manager would fix it, but rudely takes the order, pretty much slamming the window! So much for a basic notion of service from this woman. The other lady did come and apologize, but not the manager…That’s what happens when you hire and promote the wrong people. Hope she gets demoted!

Went through drive thru had someone working headset with heavy accent could not speak propper English got to window they were having same issue with car behind us told mngr she should put someone on headset people could understand she points her finger at me and calls me a racist not to mention messing up our entire order I spent 48 dollars on our food and threw it all away because who knows what they did to it the mngr. Is definitely a little slow or touched do not recommend eating here they never fixed my order total waste of money
