Kfc

This is my first and only review I have ever written for a food based business. I work in the service industry, I have been a line cook at multiple diners and restaurants. I understand first hand how difficult it can be. But this location has never ONCE gotten my order right. It is the only KFC in my town and the only one apps like Doordash will let me order from. If I go in person the food is incorrect and they do nothing about it. If I order on Doordash or Grubhub, it always comes wrong and missing items. I have watched in person these teenagers sit and talk with nonwork friends while handing out orders that would come back minutes later. There is no responsibility or accountability at all, even at the lowest standards you'd expect for a fast food place. This isn't a review of a single order this is repeated problems I have every time I've gotten lazy and not wanted to drive to the neighboring cities for chicken. I have gotten better customer service at a god dang McDonalds, at least when they mess my orders they apologize, which is more than I can say this KFC has done.

I ordered the $5.59 chicken strips and biscuit and fries yesterday. I had this same thing from KFC on MacArthur in Oakland and was great,. Got home and the fries were smashed into a closed container with the chicken on top along with soggy napkins. The fries were steamed and all stuck together. Will not order this again from this venue, but the chicken was very good.
