I ordered 15 boneless wings; 7 Original Hot and 8 Smokin’ BBQ and only got half of my order. Some of the wings; if you can even call it that, were so small it didn’t even make sense to place it in my order.
I called about the issue I had and they couldn’t even give me credit for next time. They did offer to give me 5 wings, but I’m already home, I don’t want to drive back out there for 5 wings.
The register girl was nice, but does the cook know how to read? Is this the cooks first day? I honestly thought this was a joke. For anything you order, make sure you check that you received everything before driving off.

I was trying to get my refund when I tried to speak to a manager I keep getting the runaround telling me the Manager and there or she’ll come back later and she’ll call you back but they never did. I’m definitely gonna get the manger fired for not taking responsibility of the store and customers. I need my money back!!!

Nice staff but the wings were terribly prepped. Add injury to insult...they forgot my fries in my togo order and gave me these 2 pieces lmao FML

This is the worst wingstop I have been at. This is the 4 the time I come and they never have bread rolls. Today they could not do only flats not they had come. I asked to refill the coke and the girl just answer and said " we have what we have" not even making an effort. I feel that we pay good money to be treated with decency and for them to try and make an effort to accommodate the customer's needs.

Miranda and the rest of the team has great customer service, understandable and quick 👌...also the food was a bit expensive but it was so delicious it didn't even matter

I’ve been calling for the past two days to speak to a manager regarding me not getting my food and I’ve been getting the run around about a manager not being there and to call at this time and now all of a sudden nobody is picking up the phone... horrible and I will be driving up there to get my money back today

I love their chicken wings. The takeout service is great. My whole family would visit their store every week. Now we just do takeout which we still love.
