Line wasn’t too long and it took a minute to get my order as someone ordered many subs - however it seemed the employees didn’t break under pressure and kept going as fast and efficiently as possible! Proud of them for that. Also made my sub super fast, was super sweet, and overall a good experience. Also great music… Recommended, for sure!

I just want to say that the manager here, Trish Goff is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She went above and beyond to resolve an online discrepancy for me. She was so kind, competent, and willing to help that I didn’t even care if the issue was resolved in my favor(it was). She is a such a ray of sunshine and I will never forget her kindness. If you have a hankering for Subway this is the store you want to visit. They take care of you!

My boyfriend and I go here every once in awhile, but we don’t plan on going back to this location from now on. They don’t greet you when you first walk in. Sometimes they’re all in the back. No smiles, nothing. Their customer service sucks! They always ask my boyfriend his order first, but then forget about me & don’t ask me what I would like to order until his sandwich is halfway done. They’re unsanitary. There’s this one elder lady who we always hope never has to make our sandwiches, but she ends up making them every time. She uses the same gloves & never changes them after touching meats, cheese, the toaster ovens & then veggies/sauces. She also never washes her hands before she starts an order. & the employees are constantly distracted by other things & not actually paying attention to your order. They never have fresh veggies & they sure don’t know how to close their wraps. I almost always get tuna when I go but I’m pretty sure last time I went, the tuna had to be old or something because I got sick afterwards & I never get sick off of their tuna. We always go back again because we hope it will get better each time, but it doesn’t, so no more.

This place use to be awesome but now. It's sad. They are very disrespectful and can NOT read nor listen. The last 3 time I went there was always something first only wheat bread. Second time out of half the meat and third time they was short staffed and only one girl was working and they called the maintenance man to come make the sandwiches he was lost and confused I did a online order and my food took over hour and half after the time I was scheduled. There were three other online orders waiting as well as walk ins. Where's was the manager??? I wanted a refund at first but the girl said she don't know how to do it! My order was wrong and once again I paid for extra meat and cheese and don't get it. One of my sandwiches just had meat and cheese?? Please hire people that can read! I will not ever go back. I have seen very UNSANITARY things done as well so yep never coming back....

I will never stop at this location again. Stopped by tonight at 620pm please pull the camera footage to confirm. I wasn’t welcomed in any way, shape, or form while in this awful establishment. The sub was horrible and had to be thrown in the trash. She poured teriyaki on it and then sweet onion sauce because she said they don’t mix them anymore. The chicken was cold and sandwich had so much overkill sauce on it that I had to throw it away. The manager needs to have a serious talk with the person working tonight she was very cold and rude. She made it absolutely clear she did not want to be bothered to serve me and didn’t want to be at work. I never leave reviews, but I was disgusted with the way I was treated tonight and then the $10 I wasted on a sub that was inedible was the icing on the cake.
