The service is exceptionally slow here. Be prepared to wait for awhile for your order. The staff was arguing with each other about something for a few minutes before someone came to the front to take my order. The fries were cold and unsalted. The burger wasn't much warmer. I'll skip this place next time I'm in town.

This Hardee's was pretty fast with our order, and the drive through cashier, Alicia, was very polite. I'm not a big fan of drink trays because I have a large family, so trays take up valuable real estate in the car. I was about to ask her to not give us one when she ask "would you like a drink tray?" While this wouldn't stand out to most people, that question, the politeness and how quick the food was made was more then enough for me to write this reveiw!

Severely understaffed and the food took over 20 minutes but the people were friendly. The food was definitely fresh and very good when we finally got it. I would rather wait and have great food than get it in 2 minutes because it was made 2 hours ago & has been sitting in a warmer like McDonald's.

This place needs to be educated on the American Disability Act (ADA). Because the cashier is really a highly qualified service animal recognizer (in disguise), I was refused service. A business is only able to ask is my animal a service animal and what is the animal trained to do. Since I was just passing thru, I know not to stop there, again.

Don't kno what's up with some of these restaurants in this area but they need to hire better employees instead of them sitting outside smoking cigarettes and tell you they don't want serve you. I've been in this store before and had lot better service then I've had here lately. Glad that I was able to get a meal from another restaurant next to this one.

If you have the coupon, the Big HOT Ham & Cheese with small sides is a great deal. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The dining area could use some sprucing up. The restroom was very clean and fresh smelling. Our 2nd visit was just as good as the 1st.

I'm 450ft away from the restaurant wanted to try a new burger they advertised but they locked the restaurant where you can't walk in and order even though they advertised dine in,so I'll not shop at that particular store. Shouldn't advertise what don't stand behind.
