Went through the drive through. I was in and out of there within minutes and there was a long line. Very impressive. The staff was friendly. I had a very good first time experience. I highly recommend going to this location. ☕ enjoy!

Thankfully I’m from out of town so I never have to come here again but the barista taking my order today was rude and condescending when I was asked for the first time in my life whether I wanted a blonde or dark shot in my latte and when I misunderstood she rudely told me without a shot it would be steamed milk even though it was iced. Unnecessary rudeness when asking a question especially when a shot can also be a syrup added which I did not want. However I went across the street for Dunkin’
Also the other baristas would rather socialize than make their drinks in a timely manner saw two making one iced drink but really just wasting time and chatting.

I always go to 351 because they’re the best of course!! Decided to go to this one because it was closer to me at the time and will never go back. Got a hot chocolate for my daughter and I don’t think it even had any sugar in it. Mine sucked as well but I can deal with it but cmon guys the hot chocolate for kids needs to be sweet always!!!

Great place to get a cup of Joe or latte. Service was good and fast and staff is friendly as well. At first I thought a little unkept but noticed they got on it right away. They paid attention to detail.

i love coffee especially Starbucks coffee this site in barrow street abilene tx is the coziest place ever!!! the vibe of this coffee house is pretty relaxing. the place is clean, spacious and people are friendly and very accommodating... i definitely recommend this place for your cup of joe!!!!

My mom loves the sugar free vanilla iced coffee w/heavy cream.

Usually love this location but today the lady basically threw my drinks out the window plus my drinks were made completely wrong and was half empty. Before I could say anything the lady slammed the window shut. Morning shift is amazing though!

The landscaping here is sooo ugly. They let the trees die. There are weeds and trash everywhere. If you would have told me this store was only a couple years old I wouldn’t believe it. Broken fencing and boards. The back door Area is grooossss. They are always out of ingredients. ALWAYS! And some of the staff are rude and condescending.
