By far falls beneath expectation on flavor and quality. particularly, the meat. While the vegetarian dish was acceptable, the kabab/meat was almost inedible. I will not be ordering again.

Very disappointed to get my Butter Paneer Masala very spicy even after making a note through Zomato to make it not spicy and then calling the restaurant to make sure it’s not spicy. It came spicy. Very. It was exactly the same level of heat as the other dish Boneless Butter Chicken we also ordered. Had to have naan only. Therefore not ordering again.

I ordered breakfast at 9:27 am and after repeated calls and and being told 10 minutes every time, the order arrived after 2 hours and 15 mins at 11:40. I refused to take the order as the food would have been cold and soggy after 1 hour in transit. Try dine in. Deliver not at all recommend.

Took more than 1.5 hours to deliver the order, despite calling them 4 times. Even after waiting, the food quality was below average, oily and bad taste. It was not even cooked properly. I would never order from them again, I had a terrible experience.

Ordered mutton briyani. Delivered before time. Good. But the taste of mutton briyani is like fried rice even though mutton pieces are excellent. After eating briyani, we missed the aroma feeling of briyani. Try to improve the taste, please!

This place is a perfect place to enjoy the complete India cousine and it has a perfect blend of taste and service. All items I have tried here were perfectly cooked and the service is awesome. The master chef Naresh is very courteous and make every customer feels as if its our home. I will recommend to anybody who wants to try indian food.

Abysmal. Food was delivered 30 mins late. Restaurant was not responsive at all. They forgot to deliver one of the items. Food was spilled everywhere when I opened the package, and most importantly, the food was absolutely bland. 2 hours and 40 aed I will never get back again.

Located in Al Quoz industrial area near to Times Square center (550 MTR )it is part of an existing catering company of same name , and I believe to cater people around have opened this place adjacent to their commercial kitchen. Food is pretty good, service is quick . However to an Indian palate the food might gonna be bland in taste . Overall a good place to have one’s meal in Al quoz industrial area. The restaurant manager went ahead and waived off the complete amount for my next order. All i had called them to say was that they missed an item. Oh man, I love this maysore mansala dosa. Through Zomato I have to order min 40 bucks, I personally called them up and could get my fav masala dosa delivered. This is the best of the best restaurant I have dealt with in a decade. They are simply great. I was ordering food from different restaurants craving for home food. I was told about Wonder Chef by my office colleague and he ordered food for me to try. Since then I have become a regular and joined the tiffin service of Wonder Chef for my dinner. The food is delivered on time, is clean and hygienically packed, cooked with less oils and less masala. Wonderchef is habitual of not delivering food on time but the recent price hike on the items is very dissatisfactory and adding on the delivery charge. Moreover this delivery charge was further increased to 3 aed now. I ordered aloo paratha with cheese but got paratha without cheese not once but multiple times.

For the first time I am removing a positive feedback and replacing it with a negative feedback for any brand. They mention a time of max 55 mins for the order to be delivered, and once the order is placed it shows 1 hr 10 mins but the best part is they don’t deliver even in the self committed 1 h 10 mins, the actual order takes 30 mins more after the 1 hr 10 mins which means their actual delivery takes anywhere between 1hr 40 mins to 2 hrs just for one simple order. They could easily mention that their order will take 2 hrs to deliver but they prefer to fool customers by writing something and then delivering something. This was definitely my last order with them.

I was craving for momos and saw this restaurant on zomato so ordered...but was little skeptical about the taste as it is not an authentic oriental restaurant..the delivery was quick as the momos were still steaming hot when i opened the box and the packaging was also pretty decent..Now coming on to the the momos, it tasted so good that i have ordered it again within the same week..the chicken filling was done right and the momos were steamed properly and it came along with two dips both were mild spicy.I had also ordered chicken biryani..the chicken pieces were tender and succulent and it had a balanced blend of spices with mint and fried onion garnish giving it a earthy freshness..

I wish there was a 0 star rating for me to rate this restaurant and the service standards from Zomato. 1. Ordered for lunch, got food delivered in 2 hrs, no calls no updates from the restaurant. I followed up, restaurant didn’t answer and zomato chat was helpless.<br/>2. the food was cold & stale- not fresh at all- asked the delivery guy- he said he got lost. <br/>3. they delivered wrong order after all that delay<br/>4. the executive chef (Naresh) called and said why are you making a serious issue out of it, mistakes happen.<br/>5. I was offered that they will send me another order- but i was in no mood of eating the same sick food again so I said ‘NO’<br/>5. Zomato chat support is as pathetic as their food. Got a takeaway.. Vadapav, Bombay sandwich, and a tandoor chicken. Vadapav and sandwiche was great with good flavor only one let me down was the tandoori. Very small portion compared to all the neighbouring restaurants, no fries or salad served with it, taste was very bland and felt like it was a frozen chicken.. Did not eat it. Good food for ordering in. Most of the times the food is good but since the last few orders their food hasn’t been consistent. Either the food is too salty or too spicy. Even after specifying sometimes the spice and the salt are in excess.

This is the lowest I ve rated a restaurant so far. Please get one thing right, clean food is as important as good food. The prawn biryani had prawns that tasted and smelled like they were not cleaned well enough to remover the seafood odour. The rice in egg and prawn biryani tasted like they were cooked in one pot and only the pieces of prawn and egg were added later. The paneer tikka was chewy and tasteless. If the ingredients are not fresh and clean all the masala added used won’t bring much flavour. Why the 2star rating then, only because your portions were big. But let me add that we had to throw out the meal as we were worried we would get food poisoned after having few bites. We could not eat anything after this lunch for the entire day. The chef called and apologised saying it was a one time thing and offered to correct it with his selection of food to be delivered the next day, but it only got worse. The promised delivery never happened. I would have wished to re visit your restaurant at some point to write a better review but I hope to not even accidentally have a meal from here.

If you are from Eastern Part of India, this is the best biriyani in Al Qouz for you. I totally loved it. Taste of mitha atar & smell of rose water, perfect combination. Ordered at office the Jeera Aloo, Kadai Murgh, Mutton Rogan Josh, Malabar Paratha, Tawa Chapati and Jeera Rice. Food was delivered dot on the time specified. The quantity was good. Chapati was the best- medium sized homelike atta chapati with ghee.<br/>Chicken biryani as described by my colleagues was decent .<br/>Malabar paratha was ok.<br/>Prices are total value for money. This is one of the best restaurant in Al qouz. I have tried several menus over here and all of them were worth ordering. The customer service is also great as the staff is very friendly and co-operative. Delivery is also quick and never delayed so far. Last but not the least, I must mention that once they went extra mile and prepared a customized dish for me which I think is the best way to achieve customer satisfaction. Much appreciated and all the best.

If you’re looking for cheap Indian wholesome food, this is the place to order. Their Kanda bhajias and batata vadas are specially good. Others things to try are malbari parothas and Chana Masala.

It was an empty restaurant that we came to,but the wait time was same like that of a busy one. The food was okay, but the ones we have tried delivered to us were way better. We actually received very tasty food from there several times previously, which prompted us to go and visit them.

Very bad service. I ordered food 1 hour ago and there was no response from their side for the delivery. When I called the restaurant, no one answered the phone, even on their Whatsapp the person who took the order, stopped replying. After waiting this long when I messaged to cancel it, the person just said sorry. No efforts, no explanation.

I always used to order from Zomato.
First bad experience with this restaurant, I ordered something with Paneer and they estimated delivery in 1 hour but after following up restaurant called me up after 1 and half hour to inform me that Paneer was over. The restaurant apologize and sent my order.
But today when i called restaurant around 11.20am to order Breakfast, person named "Mr. Naresh" answered my call. When i told him if you could deliver my food before 20 minutes since my office is just next block away and i always order from Zomato, he started asking questions "Usually how much do u order food for?", "Any specific reason that you are calling instead of ordering on Zomato?", this questions were really irrelevant of my order. When i gave him answers that I order food for more than 20aed and today i didn't wanted anything for 20aed because that is the minimum order so i called and ordered "Sabudana Wada" for 10aed.
I requested him if he could deliver before 20 minutes since I had a meeting, upon which he replied that we don't keep anything ready we need to prepare for which i need 15 minutes which i Agreed. Then just before disconnecting the call he told his staff that hold all the orders and deliver Sabudana on which everyone started laughing. Since i found this very insulting I called twice from my mobile but he did not answered my call so i decided to call from my office extension, that's when he answered my call. When i asked him why did he said like that since it was insulting he started raising his voice in extremely rude manner and didn't let me speak what i wanted to say, he started arguing that "Did i mention your name?", "Did i say anything to you?", when i told him that he can not speak to me like that and cancel my order and this will be my last order since Mr. Naresh was extremely loud and rude to me.He replied to me saying yes we will cancel your order.
After cancelling the order he disconnected the call. After 2-3 minutes this same person called me and started apologizing and said "Usually i don't loose my temper but I don't know today for no reason i lost it and replied rudely to you" and sent me an order as a Compliment which i denied to receive, when the delivery guy called me from reception I asked him to wait because i wanted to return back that to him but he left before i reach reception and food is still lying on the reception because i never wanted to receive anything from such a rude person.
But honestly, If this is the behavior towards the customer the restaurant will start loosing customers. Because apologizing after being extremely rude doesn't matter to me and because of his behavior today "29/01/2019" was the last order from "Wonder Chef".
