Oh my gosh. I think I am going to go pop. What a great meal. So much food I had to give the rest of mine to my partner. The duck spring rolls were to die for and the steak was just amazing. Great service friendly staff. Just a word of warning they don't accept cards so make sure you have cash on you. What a great evening!

Such a great place to go for food. I have been going here many years with family, the staff are so nice and very quick. Been going there that long they know our orders lol. A good place to stop for lunch or dinner! The food is always top quality with great portions!

Good value for money pub grub, generous portions, attentive service. Would have awarded five stars if not for the cold environment. Even for an older building we thought it was very cold in the pub, so room for improvement on that front.

Love going here as a treat for birthdays and special occasions. Brilliant atmosphere and nothing nicer in winter time sitting by the fire. Probably the best pint of Guinness in the lisburn area in my opinion and the food is lovely really good portions. Staff are friendly and polite, just remember to bring cash as they don't accept card payment.

Staff very kindly fitted us in last minute ...Great food, portions ,friendly staff....only thing my mother pointed out was the waitress had long ponytail but had teatowel over her shoulder...hair touching it...,then she was lifting hot plates!!! I agreed it wasn't very hygenic ...maybe tuck cloth in apron or even belt....

It's a typical "old pub" open fire and a very rustic feel. The food is typical pub grub. Not really any thing you would rush in for. But the pie is amazing! Love their pie. Very reasonably priced and staff are regular and very obliging. Nice place but wouldn't ever be my first choice for food. But for lunch and a pint it'll do.

If you can finish the mixed grill in Lizzie Drakes, you are a Titan. I have had it several times and it has to be seen to be believed. Good honest Ulster food, and plenty of it.

The best pub and restaurant around, staff are friendly and food is great, our work normally goes in every Friday last day of the month, can't fault the place

Went at Sunday lunch time for a steak, quite disappointed that despite the menu calling the place a steakhouse there was only one 6oz steak on the menu. The waitress did say the chef would do us bigger ones though which he did. They were excellent, as were the onion rings and mushroom. The fact that they served frozen chips with such a good steak is a real shame.

Love going to lizzy drakes. Love the food & the hubby loves the steaks. Always get good portions. I always recommend this place. 👌

Have been in a few times for lunch , great service, great food . Flabbergasted by the prices unbelievable value . This is an old pub with original style , it has a fireplace centralized in the main bar , that can sometimes put out allot of smoke ..but on ignition This neutralises within 20 minutes. But if like me food is your thought, your open minded, its giving exceptional value and customer service. My favourite place in lisburn .

Fantastic little pub, I didn't pre-book so got the reviewed back room for a meal. I've learnt now tho that it's essential to book to be in the warmth of the front bar. That aside the service was good and the food was superb, a proper steak house. I'll be booking next time and staying for a few pints.

The food is good, the steak was outstanding!!! I had the 12oz sirloin and it was cooked to a perfect medium rare!! Very tender and very tasty!! 10/10 👍👍👍👍
