Kfc

I asked and paid for a 2 piece all white. I got home and had a 2 piece dark. I called and they said I could bring it back for a replacement. 15 minutes to get there and then back home, nope not happening. The last time I went I ordered wings - they were so over cooked that even the meat was brown. I don’t think they care. Did not offer to refund my money or give me credit.

Good food....real chicken in their chicken strips not rib meat glued together with who knows what like some places... The mash potato's are hot and creamy just the way I like them...you can get them with or without the gravy...which helps when you have a picky eater in the family! And the homemade biscuits are just like the one's my grandma made! Super good if you get the butter and honey to go with it!Yum!! You can get all this in their $5.99 box!! Woohoo!! Love it! Oh you get a drink and a cookie too!! Can't forget that...makes it a very affordable meal out or take it home and use your real dishes! Your choose!🙂

I give this particular KFC a four-star because it does take a good minute to get your food. The last two times I have been there I have waited half an hour to get my stuff through the drive-thru with only three cars ahead of me from the ordering point. Not sure if it is a staff problem but nonetheless I waited and the food still had KFC quality taste.

Was there today going through the drive thru and the two employees there decided that it would be funny to make fun of my accent and laugh on my face. It's completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I tried calling to speak with the manager and they don't pick up their phone either. I hope those employees get taken care off cause just how they decided to bully me over my accent, I'm certain that they do the same thing to other customers.

To the Manager Of KFC in Zephyrhills You need to learn customer service and learn to listen first being loud and rude doesn’t mean you are right 👍 I believe you need more training in the your position to talk to customers and Handling situation they could arise The owner of this Franchise I believe your Managers should be an example for the employees that they manage….. if your having issues keeping good employees maybe this could be the issue I come to Realize quickly in your establishment Customer service and courtesy doesn’t exist in your establishment I will not be coming back to your KFC 

It's really bad, the chicken is so greasy that wets the box, once you hold it starts dripping oil. Looks like the don't change the oil at all. This time I decided to go inside and the place looks really bad, it's so dirty that I can even explain. Yesterday I drove by and I really wanted some fried chicken but I couldn't go back there again. Please refresh the store at least,do some cleaning or painting job.

We went to get the Jack Harlow meal. The nice gentleman that assisted us was wonderful and even gave us a free cup for my son since it had Jack on it We got the bucket of chicken strips - Amazing! - coleslaw, mashed potatoes w/gravy and their awesome biscuits. Everything was so yummy and we will definitely be visiting KFC again.

Every time we go there the order is wrong. Today we ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and all we got was French fries. Also there is no order window where you can place your order. The one that exists is also the pay window. So if you order at that window you either have to sit there and hold everybody else up or get out of line and go some place and wait.
