Service was a bit slow but understandable with the lack of employees these days. They were very friendly and made my drink perfectly to order. Sunrise Iced coffee with Mocha and cold Foam. Yum! 😋 Perfect pick-me-up for a tired mama.

Two star because they are mostly all polite, if it's the older lady or the blue haired lady my drinks are always correct. If it's anyone else it's wrong. Today I ordered a Charlie cold foam with extra caramel and they put mocha in it. I also ordered a cold brew that they made completely wrong. Both were dumped out after the first sip.

The employees here are rude 80 percent of the time. If they’re out of most of their donuts they don’t tell you which ones they have, but they seem like they expect you to know. I ask for glazed, they say they don’t have any. I ask for chocolate, don’t have any. Then start saying it with a really big attitude as if I know they’re out of 5 different donuts. Also, a lot of the time they get the coffee wrong. The only reason it’s 2 stars instead of 1 is because some days the breakfast is super good. Other times it has a weird after taste (I get the sausage egg and cheese on crossiant).

Every time I go they mess up my order. I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon on a croissant and they gave me a croissant with just bacon in it!! Another time they messed up my coffee and refused to fix it. Not sure if it’s the headsets or the staff. 😫

I love ordering on the app, I don't have to remember so much or read my order at the speaker. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have the orders in order. The last 3 times, my order was missing something. Yes I should check it before I leave.
The employees are always so friendly and put a smile on my face.

I was calling looking for an ice cream cake & Holly answered the phone & was absolutely amazing! They don’t sell ice cream cakes at their location but that didn’t stop her from trying to help me still! She went above & beyond to help & gave me some awesome suggestions. Let me just say the customer service was amazing & I’ll be bringing my business to this Dunkin’ from now on! Thank you Holly for being a breath of fresh air over the phone!!

This location is absolutely horrible. I stood in line for over 15 minutes. (I actually timed it on my watch.) I would have kept standing in line, but opted to ask the manager, who seemed totally clueless what was going on in her tiny, but potentially great location. As I was asking why the lobby was being ignored (even though we could HEAR the young lady with the headphones take orders from OVER 20 different customers in the drive thru) an employee (who shall remain nameless because she refused to wear a nametag) decided it was her business to get involved in a conversation a customer was having with the manager. She proceed to speak over the manager to tell me that if I didn't want to wait, then I could get the hell out. (verbatim). This was followed with a dismissive wave of the hand. I asked her her name, and she walked away to the drive thru to get away.
In short (too late), this place needs to:
A. get new management
B. retrain their employees on customer service
C. help Ms. Nameless hand waiver find new employment (preferably NOT in the customer service industry.
