Subway

I ordered my lunch through the Subway app and it showed it should’ve been here by 12:25p. I have yet to receive my meal..I called in numerous times regarding this as I cannot leave work hence me ordering for delivery. No one is picking up it seems my call is getting ignored it is now 1:11p and still no answer as to what is going on. I’m very displeased by this. Subway you need to get better workers that will answer the phone and if there’s something wrong with the app look into fixing it, please!! First time at this subway location! We had just finished a hike over at telegraph pass and this ended up being the perfect food after a hike! 😋 Pretty busy place. You can skip the line and order online for pickup (see photo #4 for online order pickups)! Friendly service and fast too! I always get the tuna or turkey sandwich 🥪 on Italian bread. Oatmeal raisin cookies were super good today 😍 Calorie counts are not super extreme and they offer some more healthy options if you are counting all calories!! They do have dine-in but at limited capacity! Most people seem to be getting take-out 🚶‍♂️ Not hard to find in the strip mall!

Worst service I’ve ever seen. Every time I go in to the store and the girl with short green hair is working she is always rude. Today she rolled her eyes at me and had a rude tone. She has been rude every time without failure and acts like she had the worst job in the world. I never post ratings but it has gotten this bad I wanted to post this. The sandwich was bomb though ngl.

Easy to reach location off I-8 and Frontera Road exit. My meatball sandwich was great. For only $2.50 more you can double the size to a foot long. I'm eating the other half today for lunch. They have added bacon, guacamole (or maybe it was just avocado) and mozzarella cheese as options. The cheese made the meatball sandwich even better.
