Mcdonald's

No ice cream or milkshake available. That is running at a rate of 9 out of 10 locations Ive been to this year that ice cream machine is broken. There was a huge line of vehicles parked in the side of drive thru because nothing was ready so everyone in drive thru was asked to pull forward to wait for their food. We tried ordering in the car off the phone app. But all the door dash drivers were parked in the spots for car service so that was not an option. The delivery drivers seemed to be priority to the customers on sight. They need to get parking figured out for delivery drivers so people using the app to order have a place to park. Once in the drive thru we were hostages because all the waiting cars to the side had us blocked in so upon finding out their was no milkshake machine working we had to wait for fifteen minutes to get out of the line because we were trapped.

Went thru the Drive-thru... Ordered my son and I ordered some sausage/egg McMuffin sandwiches. They asked us to pull over to the designated area for takeout because they had to "make" our sandwiches. Well, we park and wait for 10 minutes and they bring the order out. We come home, expecting this hot, soft English muffin sandwich, only to find out, they'd served the sausage and eggs on fricking hockey pucks!!! Those things were a joke to try and chew, ended up giving the bread to my dog! As far as the workers, they were really nice and friendly... And smiling 😁....unlike the McDonald's workers in the Foothills. But seriously people, if you wouldn't be satisfied with the food you're serving others... Then don't serve it... Plain and simple.

This place is a joke. Had me wait for 10 minutes to bring my food around - 1 Burger n fries, nothing complicated. I see people come and go, then I get my food AND IT'S COLD. WHAT!? Get outta here. I hardly go to McD's and today I was reminded why. Ronald's got a bunch of clowns on staff too apparently. Waste of a business.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! So my brother and I just left there about 20 minutes ago. When it came to ordering I asked her to repeat the order and I repeated it to her. I had asked for 4 hot n spicy sandwiches with onions and cheese. The employee and I both knew we wanted that. After going back and forth and repeating it. We just got home and no cheese and no onions. I payed extra for something I didn’t receive. I don’t live near it so I can’t go back and if I were to go back it would already be closed. This was a bad experience. Got my order wrong 😑 I highly recommend you don’t go there.
