Hooters

Hooter was awesome! Had a great dining experience, our server was super nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable of the menu and had a great attitude towards making our visit to hooters. The beer was SUPER COLD!! very impressed! The bathrooms were very clean and the cleanliness of the whole restaurant was very on point. The food was delicious and of course the wings were phenomenal. Definitely a must stop when visiting yuma or out celebrate an occasion. Thanks hooters!

Been to quite a few Hooters in my days, this was has so far been the best. The service is always so great. The brunette with the baby yoda socks behind the bar is the sweetest and so professional. I’ve never been to the same establishment as many times in one week as have this place. They are making a regular out of me. What a wonderful welcome to Yuma! Oh, and their Margaritas are the best!

Well, I came to Yuma for work. Roughly a week and came here for football Sunday and then midweek for some dinner. It's Hooters, so the food is fine. Actually it was probably better prepared than most Hooters that I've been too. But the staff and the service. Such garbage. I don't blame slow service on a busy NFL Sunday. I'll accept it. But then mid-week on a slow Wednesday. I come in and order a beer and clearly I'm in the mood for food because I take a scan of the digital menu as she drops my beer off. Two waitresses and a manager walked by me at least a dozen times and no one asked me for my food order. (Same thing with the gentleman next to me that just happened to come in around the same time). The only reason I got food? My beer was empty and I need a refill and even then, I had to ask politely to place a food order. The two waitresses were a tad busy with end of shift closeout and making drinks for the rest of the restaurant. The manager didn't care. She was more involved about her status quo with 2 gentleman across the bar. How do I know? I took a picture of her because that's literally where she was the entire time and every time a Hooters girl asked for her help at the register, she rolled her eyes.

Nice, big & spacious inside the place & clean from what I saw. Other then that, all down hill. Bartenders were rude which did not make you feel welcome or inviting. Ordered chicken tacos off of the sandwich section & at the bottom it says all sandwiches come with curly fries or substitute some other items so I asked for a side salad instead of fries. When my meal came out, it was a chicken sandwich w/ the side salad for an up charge of $1.99. I questioned it & the manager & bartender said well the tacos don't come with a side so the bartender changed my order to the chicken sandwich which is not what i ordered. I asked them why are they listed under the sandwich section & they didn't have an answer. So I had the sandwich sent back so I could get the tacos that I originally wanted. Finished my meal & when I got my check, they removed the charge for the chicken sandwich but still got charged $6.50 for the side salad which you could of fit in a 6oz bowl. Complete rip off & will never return here again. Zero customer service skills.
