Never ordering from Taco Bell on Colusa Avenue in Yuba City, CA again! This is the second time they got our order wrong and we were missing a bunch of items! Last time was a pick-up order, they forgot 6 crunchy tacos. This time was a delivery order where they forgot 2 white hot ranch fries orders, 2 cinnamon twists orders, 1 chips and cheese order. They said they don't do refunds on App orders because they "can't". They said come back and mention the manager's name to get your missing items free. Yeah, so we can take the chance of them doing something gross or bad to our food out of spite? I don't think so! Also, last time we weren't told when our PAID FOR pickup order was ready, when we went to pick up they said it wasn't completely paid for and they tried to charge the "remaining amount owed" to our other card even though we had already paid for it online. We don't recommend this location AT ALL, but if you do decide to give them a chance PLEASE do not order from any apps and check your order upon receiving then decide what you personally want to do if they messed up.

Good was quick and well made. Isaiah greeted us under the umbrella to take our order with a smile on his face. Happiness is contagious! Thank you for a good experience.

Service can be a hit or miss. The food is not bad bit there's been times where my food was hard or sloppy. But this is pretty standard for a fast food chain.

We just ate dinner at Taco Bell. Neti noticed we needed another fork and got it for us without asking. Very nice people and good service! Can't wait for Mexican pizza to return!

Employees are completely rude. i waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot for an employee to come out and tell me they had run out of chicken. They really need new management.

9 times out of 10 the employees cannot get the order right. If your order is special forget getting it right. Just order off the menu, don’t alter what is standard and you will be golden. Enjoy!

It's great.. I feel bad bcuz I thought a worker was the dude my wife cheated with...but he's not lol ..I even yelled some stupid crazy stuff but they still treat me good and the food is great!

Really bad tasting food!!!!!! I Threw away half of my chicken burrito. Ordered 2 crunchy tacos and they were just as bad, threw away one of them. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!
