Applebee's

The kids like it because they can order what they want, how they want it. Not like at home. Haha. I like it because of the friendly service and semi-reasonable prices. Plus, I'm not gonna make spinach artichoke dip at home. The doughnut holes are really good too. Its nice to get out of the house and enjoy a good meal at a good place.

Food was great, waitress was a little forgetful but still decent. The main complaint was the seating. At 930 on a Friday night they had half the seats flipped up on the tables. And were seating all their customers on one side that was completely filled. And also right next to the carry out door. We had 4 adults and instead of seating us in one of the larger many open booths, we were seated in a booth that fits 2 comfortably. On top of that, it was angled in, giving the people behind us more room & us less. I know it could have been worse, but this could have been easily a completely different experience!

I ordered the chicken and shrimp with a bowl of tortilla soup from door dash. Door dash was great but Applebees sent my meal without anything to eat it with. The tortilla soup was absolutely the most horrible I’ve ever gotten anywhere. The chicken and shrimp was ok but an extremely small portion. With 7 dollar tip and free delivery because I get the 10.00 door dash monthly pass the cost was 32.00 dollars. Very disappointed.

We go here to Boardman Ohio Applebee's quite often. We went April 21st for a birthday dinner and ordered our normal dinner. Which consisted of the broccoli chicken alfredo dinner with two salads and then we had appetizers of onion rings buffalo wings and the chip and artichoke dip. They must have had a new cook in the kitchen because the chicken had no taste and it was tough and the Alfredo sauce was runny and had absolutely no taste at all. If this is what their food is going to start tasting like we'll go somewhere else it had no taste. It was so disgusting that I threw most of my dinner away broccoli chicken alfredo meal part of it in the trash it was so nasty and that's what my friend is doing with his for his birthday dinner going to toss it in the trash. For the money I paid like 55 some dollars that I paid for the dinner and $10 for the tip yeah no we won't be back and this is what their food's going to start tasting like. Normally their food is amazing absolutely amazing so like I said they must have had a new cook in the kitchen cuz it was gross.
