Hi all went to the mount last night . Brilliant night lovely atmosphere great beer .had a few games of pool table is great . Then on to the dart board , really good night had by all and the service was amazing. A big thanks to Joanne and Carl 👍 …

Amazing beer and service, would recommend a stop here. Extremely dog friendly, you would’ve remiss to skip this pub.

The Mount is a traditional two roomed pub. There is a good range of beers, lager and cider, but no cask ales on the hand pumps when i visited. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a pool table and outside seating behind the pub. The pub is dog friendly.

What a pleasant experience, visiting The Mount! Very welcoming and homely! The landlady was most welcoming and very lovely! Like a proper landlady should be! I would highly recommend this pub in York one of the best pleasant experiences I have had for a long time! Will be visiting again and highly recommend! Great!!!
