Subway

We stopped off at this location to have lunch. The people working for this particular site were friendly and helpful. The sandwiches we got we enjoyed what we received and the condiments and Topping appear to be fresh and neatly cut. The bread was not stale and tasted like it was fresh. They answered a question that we had about the rewards card while we were in the store.

As I got in line I hear JEN say they were slow all day & y now does this happen that we are slammed as I noticed all the food was ready to b put away. She then waited on me with an attitude. I asked nicely to hv my son's sub cut at the beginning to avoid the dirty knife at the end. She then said it is hard to do & will charge me for two 6" which only got ham & lettuce. No cheese or any other condiments. How hard can it be ? I m very disappointed as we order here every week. She needs an attitude adjustment & clearly needs to know how to handle customers. Iv been in business over 30 yrs & never once talk to my customers in such a manner...
