Had to change my review because recently I order 3x a week on uber eats and my orders are always missing add on’s that I pay a significant amount of extra $$ for not only that 3x in one week I ordered a vente hot coffee & half the cup was full when it’s a $1.95 add on for that size up so I paid for a vente and got half of that & Uber eats prices are significantly more then in store but unfortunately I don’t have a vehicle at the moment it’s upsetting this used to be my favorite Starbucks out of the other 3 now it’s my least it’s almost like taking advantage of the person because they can’t come back & get a new order because obviously their using Uber eats because they don’t have a vehicle or other circumstances I called they say u can come in we’ll make u a new one well I don’t have a car so then they can’t help you there goes a $13 coffee down the drain seriously I $6 coffee will cost u double on Uber

The new people who work there are awful. Terrible customer service especially from Kayla who was at the drive thru. Kindly said one drink tasted like straight oat milk, if it could be remade. She proceeded to have a attitude & wanted to be right about it tasting fine.after remaking it clearly annoyed she handed the drink back and didn’t say a word. I had a second drink that was wrong so I went inside to get it made right with the whipped cream and drizzle. I told the guy in the front he ignored it while kayla girl and other girl stood and stared. It took 5mins for someone to take the initiative to make it and still not made right . I Don’t understand why people have to be rude when customers are just being nice about a issue. Yes it might be a inconvenience but you don’t have to have a ugly attitude and still not do your job correctly.

SUPER nice staff at this location. The store is small but was super busy on our visit. Drinks took a little longer than expected, but the staff kept us apprised of the order status. Our order was correct and delicious. Liked it so much that we went back on the second day when we were in the area. Used the app and the drinks were ready by the time we crossed the highway from our hotel.
