Dunkin'

I LOVE THIS PLACE! This place is the VERY BEST Dunkin I have ever been to. They are ALWAYS friendly and fast. They remember my favorites and get them ready as soon as they see me walk in the door - I love that!. It always lifts my spirit to see my favorite persons behind the counter. One day, I accidently left my wallet home, AND THEY STILL SERVED ME - INCREDIBLE. With the thousands of High School kids from across the street, I don't know HOW they manage, but they do- and they do it well. Great place, run by really good people!

Dunkin' Robbins at night over the last decade ain't what it used to be. It never seems to be 'time to make the donuts', they are there and they are stale. THIS DUNKIN' was clean, the one kid serving was hustling, didn't see anyone tip the poor kid, I did. Not going to change his tax bracket, but gee wiz, AT LEAST HE HAS WORKING INSTEAD OF JUST TAKING THE GOVY CHECK. THUMBS UP!

This would've been 1 star two years ago. But it looks like they revamped their management and their execution on service is SO much better now. I've been coming here on and off for 15 years. Up until recently it was so disorganized and you could be waiting on a single cup of coffee for up to 10 to 15 min just behind one to three people. Now I'm literally in and out in a min or two tops because they're execution with the cashier and batista is on point now to the point where their lines don't build up in the first place. They got me and two other customers taken care of today within two min. Whoever you put in charge, you made the right move!

This Dunkin' Donuts has been the safe house of my retail career so far. If you're taking any of the buses in the area, whether it be the 78, 8, 20, or 21, you have definitely stopped inside of this building at least a few times. I have been sheltered from the cold here. I've bought so many delicious coffees, lattes, and Dunkin Energy Punches from here. As a general rule of thumb I don't buy Donuts past a certain time from any Dunkin, but the drinks are great. The staff is really friendly. They're a presumably high traffic area so they try and be as courteous as possible to promote customer loyalty and it's worked for me. I work not too far away in a mall and I stop here a lot so I don't have to go to Starbucks and spend a lot more on a Frappucino. All around a great location.
