Last Night I ordered at 20:06 pm I wasn’t served at the counter to pay for my order till 20:15 and then proceed to wait till 20:36 to get my order which I had order extras in each burger a chicken n cheese with extra chicken pattie not recieve in burger which cost 2$ extra , I order 3 hamburgers none of those 3 burgers had ketchup or mustard refer to picture and was missing bacon from my 1/4 pounder again $2 extra this McDonald is useless and very unsatisfactory, worst McDonald’s in Central Queensland!! I never received a recipient I checked order all was burgers there but none of the extras I ordered I shouldn’t have to unwrap or open every burger to see if your workers who clearly don’t enjoy there jobs do there jobs right it’s not hard to follow orders I feel you guys may as well drop the family restaurant part from your name which I kinda see you have already as all you are is concerned about pumping out drive through orders !!! If I could give zero stars I would !! Pick up ya game !!

The guy serving behind the counter is clearly new fish or doesn't serve behind cash registers. People had to check his order 3 times. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. Go to another store. Got the coffee size order wrong and failed to indicate the shake machine was broken upon ordering. Upon presenting a second coffee, got this wrong. Hopeless just Hopeless.

This is the lowest score I can give, it is disorganised, the people working are children, who are to busy arguing and mucking around to concentrate on what their job is. Consistent order stuff ups, constant hold ups in drive thru, kids delivering to cars don’t even know what is in the bag, the food is not fresh and is just shoved together, and falling apart. Someone needs to take control and run this business professional, stop putting kids in charge. I’m sure this is not the business plan.

The people who manage Macca's in Yeppoon have issues! I recommend going here just to get some perspective on all the other MacDonald's. It's been a complete shitshow each time I've gone - regardless of how basic my order is! I'm sort of impressed because I suspect it's on purpose, like you would have to put effort in to getting things THAT wrong. Will return for a cheap laugh

I was hungry late afternoon and called to grab a quick bite to tide me over, that was my 1st mistake! My 2nd mistake was pulling into McDonald's Yeppoon. The 1/4 pounder on the board looked okay, so 1/4 pounder with salad I ordered. As I was in a hurry I didn't check the contents before I drove away, 3rd mistake. Apparently McDonald's idea of salad is 2 half rings of onion, nothing else, not at all like their graphic above the counter. The meat patty hung over the edges of the bun, at first read that may sound good, except a magnifying glass is almost required to see the bun. To call that slapped up abomination a 1/4 pounder is a total insult to the imperial measurement system and an insult to anyone told it's supposed to be suitable for human consumption. I can't really blame the staff, who I noticed after I ordered, we're wandering around with their masks hanging around necks, obviously managements training has fulfilled their target, namely, save on salad, save bread rolls as one size fits all, and staff don't need new masks if they don't wear them, another saving. If I could post a zero star review I would. I can't rate to this place lowly enough, drive past, run away, run, run!
