Subway Store 16438

I was at the store on 12/11/2020 around 5:30PM and there were two girls and a guy working, the store was busy and they were obviously stressed. I had a woman in front of me with a large order and two people behind me with online and phone orders in between. Service was understandably a little slow. When the older gentleman behind me stepped up to give his order he complained rudely about the wait time, when he had been waiting maybe 10 minutes. He continued to be extremely rude. The person serving him handled things professionally and continued to speak nicely. Even though they were stressed they were nice and my order was correct. Keep up the good work during this crazy time.

I had a great experience at this location. I stopped in at the end of my shift and needed dinner and a bunch of cookies for the next day. Alex, Elijah and Jamie took care of everything I needed really fast, answered all my questions and overall went above and beyond. I will purpose to come back to this location specifically because of the service I got. Thanks guys, I appreciate it!
