Not a bad Dunk in.....coffees a couple Bagals to go 5 minutes and I was on my way out. Food hot stayed hot clean place and parking lot was pretty good, not bad to park
Its a fast system, and I recommend it to anyone who is on the go to grab a bite to eat or drink or coffee

I hate to give 1 start but I trying to buy coffee thrue online,before I get the coffee the guy approached me to move my car look like I'm going to stay there forever telling me that there security around.they should give more room to customers.

Me and my friend got wrong coffe and where told "we didn't order that" Sad I live Dunkin but customer service is huge I worked for the in the past and if you get a coffe wrong it's no big deal we are human, but own your mistake.

Its Conveinent, close to home. Fast service.Employees are nice, Quick and very rarely make mistakes on orders. And I usually need a store so Dunkins in 7-11 is great! Downside, usually a line.

It depends on who's working there. I live in Worcester, so I know coffee's a hit or miss. Some of the people working there make coffee that actually tastes as advertised, but every now and again, they have this one worker who has this one coffee that no matter what, tastes like dirt. He just doesn't care what you order, he just wants you out of the line. I've been going here for a while, so I know that most of the workers here are pretty good at their coffees, but there are new faces, so be warned.

The workers ALWAYS have attitudes when they mess up (They mess up often). One time they put so much creme in my coffee I couldn't even taste the coffee. But when they actually LISTEN to your order they make it pretty good.
