Bagel Time

I’ve followed Bagel Time on instagram for about 4 years now. When I’m in MA it’s about a 40 min drive to get there. But I’d do it over and over again. Delicious bagel sandwiches. The best I’ve ever had. The service is great and you can tell it’s a family owned business. 10/10 would recommend will be going back again.

I was craving Lox and when I asked for recommendations literally everybody recommended Bagel Time. I called ahead & it was ready when i got there. They’re only allowing 4 people inside at a time right now due to COVID-19. The bagel was absolutely delicious, and the lox were perfect. We got three bagel sandwiches for $21, next time I definitely want to try one of their iced teas

When I asked what time it was they did not say bagel time. Please train your staff to say bagel time. It made me sad and embarrassed when there was a long awkward silence. Everyone was looking at me so confused I wanted to cry. I feel like I can never go back. All I wanted was a bagel but I don’t want to go anywhere else. I love bagel time but I’m just so embarrassed.

Good bagels and friendly service. The bagels and eggs are always fresh and warm which is a nice bonus. However, they call out your order when it’s ready instead of giving out a number. This leads to a bit of confusion, especially when two people have the same order. They also write your order down a white board after being told it by the cashier, so there is the occasional slip-up which along with the low physical capacity can really slow things down. Sometimes it can take upwards of 40 minutes to get your order. The prices are also never listed before you actually order. Although they still have some really good bagels if you look past all of that, and it’s definitely worth it.

We stopped here on our way home to NY, and we are so glad we did. It's a cozy friendly place. The lovely lady behind the counter was super polite and made us feel very at home. The bagels were warm out of the oven. What a treat! They were heavenly aaaand my husband wondered if we could make a 3 hr trip back just for a bagel. Well when she found out we were on our way back to NY the counter lady brought us a bag of fresh bagels for the ride. Who does that? It was very nice. <3
