Moved to the area almost a year ago and have tried this Burger King 3-4 times since then and every time the drivethru workers have been the rudest fast food employees I have ever interacted with. I’m done with this place. This is not only the worst BK I have ever been to but the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any establishment. There are so many more food options around, it’s not worth your time or money.

Every time I eat here I get great service and great food. My food is always hot and fresh. I love this place. I’ve gone to many other burger kings and never got better service

Food is decent but the drive through worker had a bad attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day, however they were not busy at all so I don't think that had anything to do with it. 1/13/22

Boy talk about rude drive thru worker. It's not my fault you people don't know what's on your own coupons. Next time a drive thru person gets attitude I'll just report you to bbb

Geneva is an exceptional worker!!! Ordered over $30 worth of food she was more than willing to help us with any questions we had. Everything was exactly how we ordered it. Her hospitality and personality really made this trip a memorable experience.

After ordering 30 dollars in food, we were given no receipt..( but we paid with our card..)waiting at the front door for it to be brought to us.. 3 of 5 French fry orders were cold.. Not even like warm.. And the whopper Jr had no meat on it.. When we called and spoke to the manager and asked her name she absolutely would not tell us.. We asked twice. She said "it doesn't matter." These our the people making up to 14 dollars an hour and responsible for customer service? What a shame

2 items we ordered through the app were unable to be made. When we requested a refund the manager decided to walk to the window on the phone, talking to someone else, clearly, then told the kid at the window that he had to tell us to go through the app. When we requested the manager to come back and why she didn't give him clear instructions and dismissed us, the kid caught an attitude with us about her fixing another issue, the broiler that she is not certified to fix. So tell me how the level of service displayed by either is becoming of any staff members, let alone a manager/shift lead who does not want to do her job to correct an issue for customers.
