I placed an order through Door Dash for a 12 inch turkey on flat bread with extra meat, toasted. I got a 12 inch flatbread, cold, and it had ham on it. I have been trying to get someone to answer the phone at Subway to correct the issue, and no one will answer the phone. I'm at work, so I can't leave to go get a replacement sub, and Door Dash just wants to give me a $3.38 dash credit to use. Ridiculous.

They said they was out of lettuce olives and Italian herbs and cheese bread etc. didn’t heat up the meat didn’t contact to see what kinda bread I wanted just gave me Italian then didn’t even contact me to ask what I wanted on my sub since they was out of the stuff?

I don’t know who the short blonde girl is that works there but she was very rude. Asked if she could do my bread a certain way, all she said was no. Didn’t ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted, just threw it in the oven and when I asked for mayonnaise, she scraped the bare minimum out of the container and said there was no more. And with an attitude the entire time. Completely lost my appetite and my service. This isn’t the first time she’s waited on me either and she’s been rude every single time. Very displeased.

Only a 1 star because the food was edible. The process took so long I had to exchange the milk I was going to purchase because it was getting warm by the time I got to pay for my subs. Red haired lady was slow and seemed annoyed by every simple request. Customer service was definitely lacking. There was alot sighing and she definitely didn't want to be working there. I understand it's a small town vibe but Jesus. Definitely don't recommend this place if your in a rush

Shelly is absolutely the WORST subway employee I have EVER had the chance of meeting. Not only did she completely destroy my sandwich and expect me to pay for a sub with the bread split down the back and mashed up, she was completely freaking rude. She made disgusting remarks the entire time we asked for another condiment on our sandwich(lettuce, tomatoe, etc). Every time we asked for one she'd grunt and moan. I will NEVER come back to this subway, and neither will my family of 8. You lost my business for good.

I was here for a pick up order
It was already 10 minutes late. When I told the person I was here for my order, they told me that they didn't even start it yet, and then proceeded to help everyone else in line. Instead of me, even though I was here before the rest of them

Can't comment on the food because we couldn't get service. Young gal was working behind the counter (approximately 5:00pm on May 6, 2018) and she was too busy to flirting with the guy working on the burger side. She saw us, he saw us. Blatantly ignored. My bad for assuming you were there to work. Last thing we wanted to do as customers was interrupt their private conversation to make Subway money. Easily a $50 sale lost tonight as well as any other future business thanks to her.

I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it zero stars. The old lady with red hair that is half missing needs to learn how to treat peopl. Ahe works in customer service and treats people like they are inconvenienced to serve you. I been treated very rudely for the last time I doubt anyone who works there even reads the reviews. The red haired lady and whoever is suppose fo run the place needs fired immediately ! How do you run out of steak and ham at a subway ????? Horrible service and horrible management !
