Little Caesars

The food is never really the issue here; altho it occasionally suffers for the following: Severally understaffed everytime I've went there. The employees do the best they can. I think with amount of business they seem to do, they could afford to have a few more people on. This way service and quality can maintain the standard I'm sure a corporate franchise like Lil Ceasars sets forth when franchising a location. It's a good spot, just needs a lil more attention, in my opinion... I mean, good thing this pizza is only 6 bucks, it sure isn't an ollys pizza, but hey,

The only reason why i get these is because my dad used to bring me as a kid and get crazy bread. But i dont remember being like this. When i first started coming here the bread was great. The past few times I've come to get crazy bread is not the same. Is either not done well or overcooked. Like this is ridiculous. Stop overcooking the crazy bread. Im so dissapointed. I asked them to make it fresh and i get overcooked hard crazy bread. Like this isn't the crazy bread i used to love. I gave them a 2 star because they were polite but this is not ok.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Ordered from your Woonsocket RI location on Monday through the website for pickup. Paid for my order online. Got to the store. Door was locked. Lights were on. No one was there. I understand staffing challenges are hard. But update your website if a location is closed. I contacted little Caesar’s through their website with no response. Unacceptable. I contacted my bank Monday which said I would need to wait until the pending transaction clears. Well here we are 48 hours later and y’all took my money without for filling my order. I would like a refund. Never again will I order little Caesar’s. Staffing shortages and temporary closures are one thing. To not respond to a customer about your inability of running a honest business is another. When I left Monday there were 7 people all in the same situation as me. I would expect more people to order from a competitor next time.

Doesn't always update their hours. Drove here because the closer location said online that it was opening late, and when I got here, I was greeted with a hand writen note on the door that they also are opening late. If another location can do it, they can, too. I wasted my time and gas driving here. Four other cars also showed up and also saw the same note at the door and left. Looking at other reviews, you might as well find another location until this one becomes more dependable. The drive-thru exists, but they have never had it open, so don't get your hopes up about it.

The food quality has gone down a lot!! Plus they do not show they are closed on Saturdays. I placed a $109 order yesterday, went to pick it up, they are closed and still took my order. Now I need to call for a refund. While I was trying to pick up my order, others were pulling up to pick up their online orders as well. This place needs to change their online hours to reflect when they are open, or make it so orders are NOT processed if closed. Waist of time, money and gas.

06May2020: I placed an order online and paid by credit card. Showed up at the restaurant very hungry and eager to take home some pizzas. THEY WERE CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT!!!! WHY DID YOU TAKE MY MONEY ONLINE, IF YOU WERE CLOSED!!!! I love Little Caesars but the owner of this restaurant is really giving the brand a very very very bad name. You need new ownership or management, immediately!!!! A year ago: I ordered an ultimate supreme and got a mushroom onion bell pepper and pepperoni pizza.... and all the toppings were towards the center of the pizza...very disappointed. The crust seem different than the typical little ceasars crust. At least the sauce taste the same. I still ate because I was hungry and didnt want to drive another 10 miles to complain and end up with cold pizza in the end.

This Little Caesars was closed when I got there to pick up my order. When I arrived, an employee standing outside the store told me that the person running the store had left and they could not contact them regarding when they were coming back. The app allowed me to order food despite the fact that it was closed. I didn't get my food. I probably won't get my refund. This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. This particular store has already given me every issue possible when trying to just buy food from them. In the past I've received the wrong order, waited way too long for a single pizza, gone here on numerous occasions to find that they have NOTHING ready to sell, had my order cancelled without notification, and not received refunds. I've dealt with this for years now because it's close to my work and relatively cheap, but I'm done now. I understand that it's managed at a local level, and that it's not most of the employees' fault, but this is completely unacceptable from any restaurant nevermind one that claims to be part of chain.
