Food is all store bought frozen food, burnt and undercooked somehow. Soggy mozzarella sticks with black edges, half frozen inside, refrigerated marinara sauce, "buffallo fingers" store brand chicken nuggets soaked in hot sauce with a sample packet of kens salad dressing as dip, also cold inside, i spat out both, pizza tastes like it was cooked in an industrial fire, or they never clean the ovens and let smoldering carbon taint everything cooked in it. I wouldn't order from here unless every other option was closed... i don't want to hear you improved, let me know when you shut down and another pizza place takes over and replaces everything. Disgusting, even for woonsocket.

I haven't had a ronzio's style pizza in many years i will say this was better then i remembered. Joe the owner was a sweetheart probably one of the nicest people you'd ever meet the staff was very nice as well. I ordered 3 pizzas i will each one was fantastic BETTER then i was expecting I highly recommend this location.

Owner was very rude and yelled at me twice that the order was going to take 20 more minutes, and when I asked her 20 minutes later she yelled another 10. Very angry and rude to me tonight, and I was Dashing!! Delivering her food !!! The food smelled good but I will never be returning to eat or deliver food for them- when I see an order that is. Bad experience and she kept yelling at me rudely tonight when I spoke nothing but politely. What if I was a customer?

Upon arrival we were told that the order was not done, Having waited for more than 15 min in the pizzeria we were told it was done. The food was not season at all and part of my calzone was saughy on the bottom. This was a a disappointing experience, it's even sad because we want to support local business.

I have never personally eaten out of here, but the people who work there are absolutely amazing!! I went there to pick up a door dash order, and the man who handed me the order says, take a drink for yourself and whoever is driving with you!!! Thanks!!

I wish the pizza was cooked more. Sauce and cheese didn't taste great and the wings I received were soggy and hardly cooked. Service was great though

Really wish they had wrote in the BLT description that it is a bacon crumble.. I've never seen that, it made a mess and wasn't very good, also had to cut it so that just made more of a mess. The bread was ripping in multiple spots, the lettuce, all two small pieces of it on a large grinder was either burnt or rotting I really couldn't tell, I just took it off. Mozzarella sticks smelled and tasted like oil. Pizza also was not good. First time ordering here. The ordering and delivery was easy and right on time, maybe we'll try again one day, probably not though..

First time I picked up a pizza and onion rings. Everything was very good. This time I ordered 2 subs toasted and onion rings. Only received one sub not toasted as asked and soggy onion rings. They delivered a second sandwich and never knocked to let me know it was delivered. It sat on my porch for 20 min getting cold and too soggy to eat.
