Chick-fil-a

Paid $23 for a terrible late lunch. Chicken Strips and Fries were absolutely terrible. They were undercooked, soggy and the box wasn’t even filled. Coke was flat as well 🤦‍♂️ If I’m waiting TEN to FIFTEEN MINUTES in a Drive Through FAST FOOD Restaurant then the food better be fresh. I’m paying for QUALITY. If I wanted cheap bad tasting fast food, I’d go to McDonalds.

It was amazing, the food was excellent and delicious. I had the grilled chicken club sandwich with a Dr.pepper. I would like to thank Alma for helping me out with my rewards. I definitely recommend coming here to eat, just note if you're going to the drive thru at dinner, the line will be long. But I ate inside. 👍☺️👍

The food is great but t’s also their customer service that I am impressed with. Even when there are long lines they are so efficient in making the line go quickly and they are very pleasant. I have not seen any other establishment that takes orders in the drive through, you pay for it and it is ready by the time you get to the window. Always impressed!!

I will say their customer service appears to be impeccable. They have people working outside taking your orders trying to keep things moving quickly. But for the life of me, I still can't understand why anyone wants to wait in such a long line when you can park and walk in! There were only two people eating in the whole dining room and it's actually very nice inside (Plus, they deliver the food to your table!). Is there really that many people eating in their cars or taking home cold chicken sandwiches to their family? So I have eaten at this particular establishment and both times I've ordered their Chick-fil-A sandwich. I've always tried to figure out what the thrill is of this place other than getting to spend a whole lot of time in your car listening to music but the sandwich came with a bun pickles and chicken. Am I missing something here? Was I supposed to ask for fixings to be placed on top? Or, is this really the thrill that I'm receiving? I noticed this the first time I came here and now the second time that I came I forgot to ask about it. Is the excitement here that you get to choose a dipping sauce that you have to pour on top of your chicken? Maybe I'm just spoiled on the other actual fast food restaurants that have everything prepped for you and you just open it up and eat it. This was okay when you're eating in the dining room but I'm not sure if I would be thrilled trying to do this in the car. That's just my two cents on this but I'm sure the rest of America has other reasons why they love this place.

If I could give zero stars for the review I would. I just wasted $15 of my money at the drive through. The meal was completely wrong. The programmed hospitality responses don't mean @#$%! if the staff are not listening to what you're actually ordering! If you plan spend your money here, make your order as remedial as possible. The staff doesn't listen, they just ring you up with whatever they want to give you. Don't believe the hospitality, they don't care.
