Burger King

I liked the value of 99 cents for fries on burger & chocolate shake was thick & smooth for a Saturday lunch break. I had no dislikes for this Burger King in Hopelawn, New Jersey. A very clean seating & eating area was evident. Good value for money. The manager and crew helped us out very good. Will definitely come back to this location. Enjoyed a Whopper Jr, fries and diet Coke here for dinner one evening. Service was fast & friendly and food was fresh and hot.

Will definitely come back to this location.i stop in here each day after doing a long walk in the mall. I usually just stop for a diet soda...the staff is always very friendly!

Stopped here for lunch with my wife and 2 year old. After spending $30 on lunch, my son wanted water instead of the chocolate milk. We asked if we could have a small cup for water. The cashier said no and the manager agreed. She wanted to charge the full price of a small drink for some water after making $30 off us. Needless to say, if you're so inept as a company to take a hard stance on a 2 year old's drink than i will be happy to never eat burger king again and spread the word about how pathetic every employee is from the janitor to the CEO.

I have never encountered a more RUDE and unprofessional staff. Do NOT bring your business here. First off, I asked the man behind the counter for a plastic knife after ordering my sandwich. He looks at me with disgust and says “really? A plastic knife for a sandwich?” How DARE you question me?! It is not his business nor anybody else’s to ask why I need a knife or not. When I asked him for honey mustard and barbecue sauce, he rudely goes “one or the other.” This man is clearly not fit to work here. Do not enter this facility if you even want to decent service because you will not find it here.

I was there yesterday too. I saw how bad and rude the couple was treated by the heavy set lady and the other manager. She was showing them how the phone was track to burger king. They where so nasty the lady was crying. I observed a guy (costumer) who was waiting for his food tell the male manager he was not supposed to try people that way. The male manager told him to get his food and mind his own business. Both manager where non professional. They where acting so suspicious as if they had the phone. When the couple left I watch one manager say something to the other in the ear. Then the male manager walked to the back stay a few minutes and then walk to the front again. When he return he said something again to the other manager (heavy set) on the ear. Then she said okay and smile at each other. They where very suspicious!! I will NEVER go back to dislocation again!!

JOHN (white boy) was so rude to the customers in front of me and he was yelling at the the employee (at the African-American guy working there) that was making the sandwiches in front of everyone and the FAT manager is just standing there, the employee didn’t say a word back-that broke my heart. I called corporate hopefully John and the girl cashier get fired! This was something I wish I recorded but I was so worked up!!!
