Panera Bread

A long standing Panera Bread with a decent amount of space although not nearly as large as the Menlo Park location. Food at Panera I usually fine decent to good although it was a bit pricey in the past. Now other fast dining spots are charging close to the same price now. Is the food that much healthier than other fast dining… maybe a little but most of the dishes are average to above average tasting. Tables are clean and space is well lit at all times of the day.

The best Panera Bread I've ever been to since 2006(i've been to many across the country). Food is fresh and delicious and the restaurant is clean.What really sets this establishment apart from the rest is the management. Walter the manager was friendly, courteous, and professional. I had an issue today with my order and he quickly resolved it with a smile on his face. Wish there were more managers like him around in other places. He is extraordinary and should be acknowledged by the company. Great job and I will be coming back! This place gets it right!

Extremely rude staff members. I understand working in the service industry is not great, and during a rush stress can get the best of you, but when you openly call a customer an idiot there is a bigger problem. I went in to pick up my online coffee order, via the coffee subscription, asked a staff member where to pick up (just to check in) and she had no idea there was a subscription service and laughed at me like it was my fault that she was unaware of her company. Do not come to this Panera until they restaff.

From experience, Panera can be either a hit or a miss depending on the location. This Panera location is usually a hit. The place looks was very clean and service was quick. I guess because we came early enough it wasn't busy. However, this location can be very busy depending on time and day. This is store is also very accomodating with any sandwich customizations and requests. They are usually on point although a few mishaps have happened previously. Service was very friendly. Portions can vary though. There are times when I get big and smaller portions of the same you pick two's. Overall a great experience.

$12.00 for the pick 2 and no drink?... Alright whatever. Better be worth it. I wait standing there for 30 minutes like a friggin stugatz. For what? A little tiny 1/4 of a sandwich missing avocado. And a little cup of frozen cheese clump with microwaved luke warm liquid around the outside! I didn't even bother going back because 30 minutes would've turned into an hour. And 30 minutes should have been enough to prepare a hot and accurate food order the first time.

This Panera bread is really DIRTY! They definitely need to do a whole day of just clean up. The coffee area is disgusting and the tables aren’t clean or wiped down! I wonder what’s the manager doing with his time because this is definitely poor customer service. Even the outside tables of filthy and chairs all scrambled. I’m from the area and I rather go to the Panera near menlo mall
