Ain't gonna lie ,sometimes they be a lil snippy. But my food never not hot never. So I ain't really mad at them foreal. Plus my online orders ALSO be correct. I been to a lot in the same area. And they my op foreal(messing up my orders)
But this one on Lake Ridge hold it down no matter what hour a day!. I truly appreciate that crew I'm that locations. Much love y'all stay strong.

I have ordered several times for my kids. I gave a 4 star because I recently started using the mobile app ordering for curbside pickup. On 2 occasions they brought out the wrong order. We ended going in each time to get the order corrected. They made no fuss on both occasions. Apologized and replaced. Second time they gave my kids and I a chocolate chip cookie each to apologize😊

I stop by on way way to and from work a few days a week. I always have a great experience at this McDonald’s in Merchant Plaza. Patrica, Anna, Martiza and Luis know who I am what my order is and they have it ready before I can walk inside to the counter. Top notch staff!

This place is good! When you are anywhere in the world and you want food to taste like you'd expect it to! Always McDonald's. When the neighboring Chipotle is closed on a Sunday, they are still open! Which was great because I had just gotten back from a flight and was absolutely famished.

Haven't been in a while to a Mickey Dee's. I enjoyed the chicken with pancake sandwich. The juice was off as it was handled like a soft drink. Accommodating as it was change over breakfast to lunch.

This location typically is busy so recommend using the app and ordering ahead. Makes the drive thru experience more streamline. Fry and nugget quality isn't consistent.
