Viet Chopsticks Iii

We had dinner for the first time at Viet Chopsticks Woodbridge two nights ago, on a Wednesday night at about 5:30 pm. It wasn't crowded when we arrived but the restaurant filled up within two hours. My husband had the pan fried noodles with chicken, and I had the pan fried noodles with shrimp. The presentation was beautiful, the vegetables were so fresh, and the sauce was delicious. For dessert, we had the pan fried bananas in a yummy coconut sauce. We definitely recommend this restaurant with a large menu, that you may want to review before you go.

I go here a lot for their pho, but some other notable favorites are their fried rice and curry dishes. Compared to so many other strip mall restaurants, they've made theirs feel more like you're not in a strip mall. There is usually some soft classical music playing in the background. The decor feels a little more like cozy date night dining. There are a few large tables here to accommodate a large family or party. This place stays open later than a lot of pho restaurants and a lot of times if I'm having a late dinner this is my go to restaurant when I'm craving Vietnamese food or just a good bowl of pho.

Stopped by for dinner after being exhausted from shopping at Potomac mills. Let me tell you. Oh my goodness! This place is a must come if you are in the area. The reviews don’t lie. It really is good as they said. Everything we ordered were beyond our expectation. One of the best Vietnamese food I ever had. 1. Salt and pepper squid Yummy! Crispy calamari with a lemon dipping sauce that complement it so well! 2. Crispy seafood noodles So good! HUGE portion. They weren’t skimping on the meats and veggies. The gravy sauce is soooo gooood! Noodles were crispy. I highly recommended. I took a leftover home and it was still good! 3. Beef pho This was good too. The portion was a little small compare to other place I usually went. But the taste was on point. Can’t wait to come back and try more I am quite certain that anything you order here will be delicious and satisfying Cute decor. Very Nice servers. Food might take a little bit long to come out but it’s worth the wait One thing I wanna point out is the smell On the day I went, the whole place smelled like a nail salon. Hopefully it’s better next visit!
