Love this shop!!! Quiet, relaxed shopping experience.. amazing food! Great ideas for thr indecisive shopper! Store is clean and well organised although the staff could look a little happier.. friendly enough but tend to look deflated, makes me wonder what goes on behind the scenes? Smile guys! Then it would be 100%

As a regular customiser at Waitrose I’m always impressed by the shopping experience I receive. However, over the past few weeks I have to say a huge thank you to Chris, lovely Val, Tina and indeed every single one of the staff who have gone above and beyond to help not just me but everyone in store. It’s a difficult time for all of us and I think people should just take a minute to acknowledge the hard work put in to keep us all fed and safe. The store is very well organised and the staff always very pleasant, even when dealing with lets say “difficult” customers. Keep up the hard work everyone and thank you all again

Not bad, but I have certainly been too far better Waitrose supermarkets. This one leaves a lot to be desired. The management need a good kick up the arse. Shelves look disgraceful, price labels missing, the veg section was over filled so piles of peppers and piles of lettuce. I have complained many times to staff about meat products not having prices on shelves but still the same years later. They just don't care.

Was in today, what a lovely bunch of people who come to my side, with a wheelchair to help me get around the store otherwise it would have been a nightmare to walk around with crutches, thank you all so much 💕 for your help it was lovely, and to end it all the lovely lady wheeled me out to our car, while my husband put the shopping away how thoughtful, Thank You so much ❤️ ❤️

Excellent customer service. They are always polite and friendly. Very relaxing to shop there. Free car park up to 4 hours there is a sign there small writing which I noticed after shopping there for many years. Would be nice if there were more variety of gluten free food. The Schar gluten free and Wheat free crispbread are very tasty . There is Amy's gluten free lasagne not tasty at all. Need a real cook to cook these gluten free food. Wednesday 2nd Jan 2019

Generally pleased with shopping experience here. Good range of products including some items not available elsewhere. Nice that you can get a free coffee when you shop here if you have a Waitrose loyalty card ( need to have your own cup however). Staff seem pleasant mostly. Good parking facility and petrol station next to store. Also nearby KFC.
